Was a great app when I first started using it, then I moved and now DONT get the bin reminders which is the main reason for the app, and app support link DOESNT work 🙄

Great concept, very poorly executed, not intuitive in places, hard to locate in AppStore (not called Baw Baw Waste App - called BBSC Waste), would have benefitted from non-interested road testing), and, the information it provides should be more simply accessible. 40/100 and it only rates a 40 because someone thought it might be a good idea.

Good, but…
I like the app but it needs to be colour blind friendly.
Works well
App needs to be updated so that the calendar includes the purple lid bin starting in a few weeks.
Barely works
This app is difficult to set up. It's links only apply to services in Baw Baw - residents in northern towns like Erica Walhalla are much closer to specialist waste disposal like paint in the Latrobe Valley towns - the app should recognize that people don't recognize boundaries, just what is closest to them. The app map should show services in surrounding municipalities - also at the western end (Cardinia).
