I cannot login
I have deleted, updated, reinstalled this app, reset my password 3 times and I cannot login. It comes up with f5 error. This is so inconvenient as I can’t log absences or appointments or even easily access my kids school report -.-
Cheap and buggy
I’ve repeatedly given feedback on this app to BCE and the school. The app isn’t stable or something. Every time I try to use it there is an issue. It is literally so frustrating when all I am attempting to do is mark my child absent.
Hard to find information with new blog setup

The response from the developer does not address the issue. The new way may have been designed to make it easier but it makes it harder. There was never an issue when you could select the individual year level blogs. If you wanted to see information related to year 3 you could select the year 3 blog and see all the relevant blogs in one place. If you wanted to see information for prep you could select the prep blog and see all the blogs related to preps. The new blog set up does not give you any way to filter the blogs. All information is dumped together in a central blog, split between 2 tabs. This makes it incredibly difficult to find information related to one child in any given year level because it is now mixed in with every other year level that you have children attending the school. Combining all the blogs together does not make it easier, it makes it harder. Perhaps adding an option to filter the posts would be helpful, although having the individual year level blogs was a significantly better set up.

It was much easier to find information relating to a particular year level when you could choose the blog for that year level. Now you need to search through both the news and blog tabs as some year levels are posting in the the news and some are posting in the blogs tab. Issues logging in every single time absolutely impossible to use you really need to fix this login issue and just have an auto login with iPhone password or face id not this whole login via the website and have the login reset; every time I need to reset the password it is the biggest waste of time ever

Incredibly bad app, shame on Catholic education for having it
I regret enrolling my child into catholic education solely due to this app. It’s the single most frustrating app I have ever used. It will randomly logs you out and when you try to log in it will tell you password is incorrect, when you try to set up password it will tell you it’s used already but if you try logging with it will say incorrect. Sometimes you click on parental portal and will ask you to log in again even if you are already logged in app. Ohh and when you do put your credentials in it will just finish in white screen and you have to start again and if you are lucky it will not force you to again change password for no reason. Menus in app are stupid too, trying to book parent teacher meeting it’s in random location under booked…. Why would it be under booked if you have not booked yet. Terrible/horrible app and they refused to fix, think about enrolling your kid elsewhere…

The WORST app ever
This is the most disjointed, confusing and woeful app I have ever used. If the aim of this app is to frustrate the user and waste their time then it has achieved their mission. Absolute rubbish.
Cannot download app
I have been very frustrated because I cannot download the new app. I have tried numerous times and have to google BCE every time and login that way

Frustrating!!!
The app is so useless and doesn’t even work. I try to log into the app with my school email and when I press ‘Sign In’ it just takes me back to the sign in screen. I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, logging into the app with or without wifi, making sure my phone is up to date, and it still doesn’t work!!

Not user friendly
Frustrating that I continually get logged out and have to change password every time I use the app.
Frustrating Beyond Belief
This app has a mind of its own. One day the information is there, the next it’s not. Continually having to close app and “reopen”. It should not be this difficult.
Painful
Hard to believe it was possible, but this app is even worse after the update.

App not working … again. Always glitching, data sometimes loads, sometimes doesn’t. So frustrating.

Doesn’t work, full of bugs, but is used for all important announcements, so most are missed.

Worst school app
This ‘update’ has been a nightmare. From the login through the website to now not recognising my password that I’ve had for 3 years?! Anxiety provoking!
Constantly frustrating
Your child will be there then they won’t. The school will be there then it won’t. For an app that has things like a “blog” that a school tries to use for passing parents relevant information like weekly spelling lists to constantly be inaccessible is poor form for both the app and all the schools that use it which shrug when you can’t get the information you need because “they don’t manage the app”. BCE it would be a better service to not have this app!

App is not working.
Since the start of the term, I could not log in the app and web browser. I deleted the browsing history and the cache in Google Chrome and Safari. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and turned off and on my phone multiple times. Each time I log in, I get an error. This is so frustrating.

Calendar empty
The contents of the school calendar are randomly missing - it seems to on weekends mainly, but also randomly at other times. Similar with the newsletters.
Horrible
App that only works selectively, most links you to their online site which could not be worse. It sends you on a wild goose chase for 30min before you are able to log in.
