Terrible user experience
Logging into the app the first time is a nightmare. They call everything a different name on papers and in the app so you never know what numbers to use for activation. BCGE send you twenty different letters and the guidance in them is terrible so you have to go into an actual branch to get anything done. If the bank account was not subsidized by my company, I would NEVER USE BCGE AGAIN.

Need iPad support asap
Am switching from another larger bank and the app shows… fewer functionalities and no iPad-specific app ??
Crashes every time after ios13 update
The app opens and shiws account balances, but when I click on an account to see transactions it crashes immediately.
No iPhone X support
After 6 months there should have been more than enough time to adjust the app for the iPhone X screen, this shows complete disregard for the experience
TouchID support
Not bad but need to add TouchID support for iphones
