It’s Pretty Good
It works and is clear but I agree, it needs a visual confirmation when you have met the monthly criteria. It’s much easier to use than the other on-line bank app I use.

Not awful. Nothing special. Simple interface. Could use a few less screens and buttons for simple transfers.
Really needs a visual notification for when you’ve met the criteria to unlock the bonus rate on the boss saver. (Just copy how ING do it.)

Good banking app
It’s good but way too orange and bright. Need to be able to set a dark mode.
Disappointed
I’ve been using App for a number of years. Have never encountered any problems, even problem free updates. I have just updated App, and can’t get it to fully open. It opens then crashes. It doesn’t even get to sign in stage.
Slow
This app is so very slow to respond. Also I’m not a fan of having to slide to find the arrow to make a payment.
Will not load

Not sure why but the app stalls before login, or just lingers while logging in.

A lot easier to use than some of the other banking apps. The quick view hasn’t been working for a couple of weeks though.
Seriously impressive App
I recently changed banks to BCU for a better service experience and this App is like the icing on the cake.
So easy to use and so feature rich that the team who put together this amazing piece of kit need to get an award. I would find it hard to change banks just based on the app alone. Well done team

Pretty good
Reasonably straightforward. Apple Pay is nice. The app is easy to navigate and doesn’t have any glitches or annoyances. Fast transfers. Pretty good.
Activate new cardiac
Great app but activating a new card on the app is non existent.
Don’t use the app
I don’t need to do online banking often, but when I want to make use of the facility it must work.
Unfortunately it does not always provide the information I require. I am forced to login repeatedly. This app is amateurish and a pain.
And at the height of my frustration a window pops up asking for

App is so hard to use after update seriously changing banks because of it

Slow and temperamental
About 60% of the time I attempt to log in and type my pin I’m stuck with a 30 second buffering period and a log-in failed notification.
Pretty annoying to say the least, love this bank but disappointed in its technology and account accessibility.
Hoping this is just a flaw of the update and that it’ll be fixed soon.

No tablet interface?
Looks to have been designed specifically for iPhones. App does not scale to fit screen and looks like it it emulating an iPhone. Uninstalling and using the web version.
