4th review—still a bad app
The app functions fine for its prime purpose: to make you money. It’s absolutely doesn’t function accurately for the user. If had a better choice, you would not be getting my money. Alerts are always wrong, main page information is always wrong. Often the room status option won’t update accurately even when restarting the app. Do better for your customer.

Third time placing a review. App is seriously inconsistent. Notifications are NEVER accurate. Splash page is NEVER accurate. A person has to navigate several menus to get an idea if the machine they are using has actually finished. App is garbage.

Probably as good as possible?
I personally don’t quite understand the existence of a third party app rather than direct tap to pay. It doesn’t seem to solve any problems, but I mean, it doesn’t create any. If I have to use the app in the first place, it should totally negate the need to push buttons on the machine in my opinion.
I will shout out the fact u can check room status and it’s accurate within the minute, so if you don’t want to walk to the laundry and check for a free machine, that’s nice.

Works well, one suggestion
I would like the ability to send a reminder to the last user of a given machine that it is done and they can move their laundry around. I’m not comfortable moving other people’s clothing, and sometimes it’s left 30-60 minutes after a cycle is done.
Won’t let me edit credit card
I go on my app and I try to edit my credit card and it says 400 bad request. I make sure the app is updated in which it is and I close the app and go back into it again and it still doesn’t work. So how do you fix that issue??
Pushy Payment Prompts Hurt an Otherwise Fine App
The app functions properly, but the aggressive “Top Up” prompt right after starting the dryer feels predatory and leaves a bad impression.
Incomplete features
What is the point of having a tracker appear on my Lock Screen if the progress does not update as time passes?
Timer doesn’t work
It lets me know anywhere between 1-5 minutes early that the laundry is done. It’s a 15 second walk for me to get to the laundry room from my apartment. It can’t be difficult to just make your app tell me when the laundry is actually done. Stop wasting my time.
Payment options
Would be a five star if you could put as much money as you want in it. Like a monthly amount instead of forty dollars at a time.
UX Update (?)
We’ve had the system in our condo community for several months now, and it’s such a valuable update for our floor to have an app control!
Our quarter jar may be sad, but not needing to go back to my unit every time I forgot them…priceless.
Not sure when it switched, but the most recent UI has been really pleasant! There’s even a little widget for your Lock Screen that popped up (since the last time — just a couple weeks ago I swear it was different?!) Regardless, an even smoother UI makes it even better.

I love the fact I can pay for my laundry from my phone. My only complaint is that when the my phone asks me if I’d like to add an additional 5 minutes for 25¢ extra on the dryer, and I hit yes, the money is always taken, but the dryer never puts on additional time. Please fix this.

So convenient
I love the convenience of washing laundry at home and not at laundry mat. The washers and dryers are usually in excellent condition! If a machine is not working I am able to report that and repair is made quickly!
Machines are very easy to operate and I love being able to add money to a virtual card! Everything is done through my phone! Super convenient and easy!

I love having the app on my phone because I can reload in 1 second, my laundry is timed on the app so I can be sure to finish in a timely manner.

I have BDS laundry in my apartment building. It’s it’s nice and dependable and I like the app sometimes I have a hard time with getting money on a card cause I don’t have a bank account or debit card but as long as I have money that usually is smooth and thelaundry
They are very quick and efficient with messaging back to fix any mistakes or bugs in the machines or I mean in the app so it’s very good thank you
