Be you beauty services review
I loved beauty services given by Nisha didi. I loved how soft spoken she was and all the services were amazing. She was patient with me in all the services and out of all I loved her face massage after cleanup and pedicure.

Worst
Worst experience ever… if you dont have the products in stalk, you should be displaying it on your website so that the customer wont face any problem instead you’all decided to scam and let the customer order first and do all the transactions and after the order confirmation you cancelled the order saying that it was not in stock…. Ridiculous!!

Not good overall
Firstly being COVID the beautician should have done contactless threading upon asking her to do she said no she doesn’t know
Secondly my package had the hydravital lotus clean up package rs949
And the beautician ms Geeta from be U Lajpat Nagar 4 branch had a cheaper skin co brand and said she didn’t know it was hydravital lotus in the package and said products are over in the salons also she said in a clean up there is no facepack in this skin co and also in lotus clean up I have always done clean ups and there are always a face pack used strange after cream there’s only toner used and no gel or face pack also no mirror the beautician had to check the threading done
What kind of professionals are you’ll I’m as well in the beauty industry and tried your brand for the first time and this is the kind of impression you’ll give

Sorry to say they are much better and organised than you ll
The only reason I took the package was for the hydravital lotus clean up Just because the took the package that has the free clean up that doesn’t mean you’ll can send a cheaper brand

Fraudulent
I booked an appointment for massage for me and my sister after seeing ad in Instagram and I completed payment online as well but still there is nobody showed upthere contact details are also not going through so how to get services or refund I don’t understand,I feel cheated so I m writing this here so other people should aware about this scam,very bad you people Be u salons is fake n scam just eating money and not reverting back,refund my money please or provide me the services which I ordered

Useless App
Although the service is quite satisfactory by the salon this app is a complete useless and waste of time and energy. Tried opening it on my iPhone for about an hour, gave a video feedback also at the salon, still no use. Better to call the salon and book an appointment rather than wasting your precious time on this app 😡😡

Giving it 1 star as I have to choose something.
Worst experience so far. I booked an appointment and when I reached the venue, the staff made me wait for an hour for my sitting. Whats the point of booking in advance????? Also, please consider them following a very important value “humble” for the customer, the guy I had interaction with was very rude! I got disappointed and left without taking any services. Not a good customer experience.
