The product quality was very good, and the behavior of the person who came (Meenakshi) was very nice. She did the work very well and maintained good hygiene, which I liked a lot. The professional arrived on time . She is very polite and kind, and carried out everything in a clean,neat and well

Very unprofessional and aggressive behaviour of Manager
I booked a service and waited for over two hours, but I received no update from the company. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of listening to my concerns and helping resolve the issue, she spoke disrespectfully and even raised her voice during our conversation.
I had already shared my complete address, yet the beautician was unable to cover a distance of just 2 km even after two hours. I called both the manager and the beautician several times, but there was no proper coordination between them. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager kept blaming my location.
This was a very disappointing experience. They seriously need to train their staff in professionalism, punctuality, communication, and customer service. I would not recommend their service based on my experience.

Satisfying Service
I am very satisfied with their service. I was unable to get an online slot, so I called them as I urgently needed the service on the same day. Their help desk executive, Neha, was extremely helpful and assisted me in booking the expert quickly.
The overall experience was really good. Initially, I was a little skeptical about using a new app other than UC and YM, but I’m glad I gave it a try. The service was smooth and satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Professional and Punctual
First of all, I got free services twiceee which is crazy to me because if it was some other company they would have only offered eyebrow/upperlip or maybe a champi or nothing at all which is also fine but Salontym had many options available (Tummy wax, half arms/ legs/ champi etc.. depends on the total amount of the services you added to cart). I once
booked their beauty service in gurgaon and the second time in Delhi. Their services and prices are really good. First time I got mani-pedi plus eyebrows etc done and the second time I called them for waxing services. The staff members are very polite, punctual and professional. Also, the kits and equipments that they carry has everything in it which I think is great. Hygiene(10/10), Professional (10/10) and services (10/10). So glad I found a new app with reasonable prices and extremely good services.
