✨ A Wonderful Salon Experience at SalonTym! ✨
Hi, SalonTym provides excellent salon services. I have been using their services for the last one year and have always been happy with the quality of service and the reasonable prices.
A special mention to Ashmita, who is an expert in facial services. Her technique, gentle approach, and attention to skin care make the facial experience truly relaxing and satisfying. She takes the time to understand your skin’s needs and provides the treatment with great care.
Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with SalonTym and would definitely recommend their services to others.

Had a wonderful experience with salontym.
The product quality was very good, and the behavior of the person who came (Meenakshi) was very nice. She did the work very well and maintained good hygiene, which I liked a lot. The professional arrived on time . She is very polite and kind, and carried out everything in a clean, neat and well
Organised manner.
Highly recommended their services for anyone looking for safe , professional and high quality salon at home.

Response from developer
Hi Ma'am, we appreciate your feedback! Our goal is to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for you.
Very unprofessional and aggressive behaviour of Manager
I booked a service and waited for over two hours, but I received no update from the company. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of listening to my concerns and helping resolve the issue, she spoke disrespectfully and even raised her voice during our conversation.
I had already shared my complete address, yet the beautician was unable to cover a distance of just 2 km even after two hours. I called both the manager and the beautician several times, but there was no proper coordination between them. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager kept blaming my location.
This was a very disappointing experience. They seriously need to train their staff in professionalism, punctuality, communication, and customer service. I would not recommend their service based on my experience.

Satisfying Service
I am very satisfied with their service. I was unable to get an online slot, so I called them as I urgently needed the service on the same day. Their help desk executive, Neha, was extremely helpful and assisted me in booking the expert quickly.
The overall experience was really good. Initially, I was a little skeptical about using a new app other than UC and YM, but I’m glad I gave it a try. The service was smooth and satisfactory. Highly recommended!
