I am very satisfied with their service. I was unable to get an online slot, so I called them as I urgently needed the service on the same day. Their help desk executive, Neha, was extremely helpful and assisted me in booking the expert quickly.
The overall experience was really good. Initially, I was a little skeptical about using a new app other than UC and YM, but I’m glad I gave it a try. The service was smooth and satisfactory. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this Salontym app for quite some time now, and the experience has been really good. The app is very easy to use and offers a wide range of services and options to choose from.
What I really appreciate is their professionalism and coordination. Once you book a slot, the team follows up properly and keeps you updated. The therapists and beauticians who come for the services, whether it’s hair care, spa treatments, or salon services, have always been polite, skilled, and professional. They truly know their work and make the experience comfortable and satisfying every time.

Professional and Punctual
First of all, I got free services twiceee which is crazy to me because if it was some other company they would have only offered eyebrow/upperlip or maybe a champi or nothing at all which is also fine but Salontym had many options available (Tummy wax, half arms/ legs/ champi etc.. depends on the total amount of the services you added to cart). I once
booked their beauty service in gurgaon and the second time in Delhi. Their services and prices are really good. First time I got mani-pedi plus eyebrows etc done and the second time I called them for waxing services. The staff members are very polite, punctual and professional. Also, the kits and equipments that they carry has everything in it which I think is great. Hygiene(10/10), Professional (10/10) and services (10/10). So glad I found a new app with reasonable prices and extremely good services.

My experience with Salontym was honestly very disappointing. I had booked a full-body massage package that included a complimentary detan and head champi. However, in the middle of the massage, the beautician suddenly informed me that the detan service had been cancelled and suggested I opt for another head massage instead. I had to explain that head massage was already part of the package along with the detan.
During the session, she was discussing the issue with her team, and I even received a call from their team saying the beautician had forgotten to bring the detan product. When I contacted customer support to ask for either a solution or a price reduction, the response was extremely unprofessional. I was told, in a rude tone, “Ma’am, I am based out of Noida, I will not come to Gurgaon to provide the product.”
I was quite shocked by this response. Eventually, I had to provide my own product so the service could be completed. Despite this inconvenience, I still paid the full amount to the beautician and ended my session with Salontym.
Overall, a very poorly managed and unprofessional experience. For me, this was a 0/5 experience.

Poor untrained and professional staff
I booked 3 services from them and bookes for 1 PM slot as I had other commitments and did not have time after that. But their expert came after 2 PM. then she was not trained well. She burnt my underarm and my hand. She spoiled my eye brows as well. She took 2 hours for despited mentioning please do quickly I have to take care of my baby and give medicines on time. She did not bother and instead she has left almost all the hair on my face after face waxing also. I dont know why I paid to them. Would never recommend. Go to Yes madam. They are far better. I booked salontym because yes madam did not have time slot I was asking for. Pathetic experience and waste of money. I have terrible pain in the underarm and not able to put the hand down as it is paining too much.

This is by far one of the most hopeless and unprofessional salon apps I’ve ever used. The entire experience with Salontym has been nothing but frustration.
First, the endless and unnecessary confirmation calls are ridiculous. Despite confirming bookings multiple times, technicians still arrive late—or worse, bookings get delayed or postponed just because a “confirmation call” was missed. If the app cannot manage bookings properly, then what exactly is its purpose?
The quality of technicians is extremely poor. During a face wax session, the technician actually burnt my face, showing complete lack of training, care, and professionalism. This is not just bad service—it’s unsafe.
What’s even more disturbing is the money-hungry behavior. The moment you open the app, someone calls instantly. Technicians openly ask customers to call them directly and bypass the app, clearly trying to avoid company involvement and accountability. This raises serious concerns about ethics, transparency, and customer safety.
There is zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers’ time and well-being. I would strongly advise people to stay away unless Salontym drastically improves its service standards, technician training, and basic booking management.

I am shocked and disgusted at the kind of so-called “customer care” your brand provides. The representative I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude — talking in a manner that was insulting and completely unprofessional. If this is how you treat customers, then your service is nothing short of third-class. I don’t expect to pay for services only to be disrespected by your staff. It shows a complete lack of training, accountability, and basic manners.
You need to fix this immediately, or be prepared to lose customers like me. Word of mouth spreads fast, and I will not hesitate to share how terrible my experience was. I will not recommend salon tym to anyone if they give you services for free also.
