The screen turning white during content loading should be removed; frequent whitening during routine loading creates a flickering effect that is harmful to the eyes.
Stupid app
I can’t open the app it kept showing system is under maintenance, yet I tried to see if there’s any update. The reason was that I have to update the app only, not due to the banking system maintenance. Why can’t tell me simply to update the app? Is it ridiculous?
Limited functionality
Missing the IPO application function. Still have to resort to opening up a desktop based computer browser to log into the account to have all the stock based functionality. As a bank/brokerage, you need to make more effort to be user friendly and mobile centric to stay competitive.
No more facial recognition?
Changed my phone number and app started updating right after. Opened the app to find there is no more facial recognition to log in. Cant find or remember log in details which is my mistake but caused such a headache for past few days, will need to go to bank tomorrow to open it up again and catch up on bills 🥲

Mortgage part loading
Since 2-3 months ago, the app was unable to open the mortgage part until I tried for more than 3 to 10 times.

Inbox load more than a minute
The Inbox function loads more than one minute. This issue has happened since I downloaded the app last year.
Can’t log on at all

Online banking wants to use iToken for so many features, push notifications never arrive and QR code keeps expiring, takes a lot of tries to get iToken actions done
Not user friendly
First it needs so many different kinds of password but infact, only one password is required to login into the app.
What is the point for setting so many unrememberable passwords!?
The app actually has no function about credit card!
Credit card cannot be activated!
Cannot add credit card to Apple Pay using the app.
Need to phone to complete the registration of using Apple Pay with the credit card.
Then what the app and help?
It made me not difficult to use your credit card.

The app is not user friendly.
Hope there would be improvement for user.
Every time I want to know how much I spend this month or in a certain period(on a particular credit card), there is no way to show the total amount (for the selected period). I have to calculate it by myself?! OMG!

easy and helpful
Very useful and simple of this app
BEA app
Very easy app and quite fast. One of the best banking apps in Hong Kong . I like all the additional features in the latest edition which makes it powerful.
ATM card still didn’t received over 2 months
I live chat and even went to bank to address card issue about why it is not sended yet, all they say is it will be there with in a 7 to 14 working days. I applied on one Bea account got approved on 11 June but nope no card. Now it’s end of July. Too slow service except their counter service is great.
Recently I upgraded my HSBC account got new card in 2 WORKING DAYS. Also Bea bank mortgage agent are too lazy to follow up. I applied mortgage for my house through online which Bea staff suggest me to do) and they take 3 weeks to reply and give 1 miss call. If I miss that call it’s gone no call back nothing. How do we know it’s a scam or junk calls if it’s just 1 miss call? When I did call back no answer nthg. Fortunately got mortgage from another bank now.
I only opened account for my mpf cuz my company use this bank otherwise I wouldn’t even bother.

Mobile app can’t login! System upgrade take so long time?!
What happen with the mobile app today. Can’t login due to system upgrade ? System upgrade should done during midnight why in the day time business hours ?!!!!!!
