完全login唔到！每次輸入完帳戶密碼就彈出error，顯示我的網絡問題！我連YouTube都睇到呀！有乜可能係我網絡問題啊？ ！出問題就賴用戶！就算kill左個app重新打開重新登錄，即使登陸成功，當我點查看所有戶口，或轉賬，都係顯示我的網絡問題！食屎啦！搞到我連自己帳戶都查唔到！又過唔到數！我點找卡數啊！呢個問題已經唔止出現一次啦！仲要投訴無門！咁大間銀行做啲嘢出嚟咁垃圾咁！
Not user friendly at all
Spent an hour just trying to replace my linked device (as I’ve replaced my phone) but to no avail.
I have been a customer for 10+ years but honestly this app made me decide to switch to other banks who offer better e-banking services (which is where one usually does banking nowadays). This app is completely unusable and instructions are often circular. I hope someone at the bank sees this and realise that this app is actively driving your customers to put their cash elsewhere….

unfriendly to people from overseas especially people who have not yet renewed HKID. You have nowhere to activate online mobile app from overseas
