Très bonne application
C’est une application complète avec l’ensemble des fonctionnalités nécessaires pour les créateurs. Par contre, je ne comprends pas pourquoi une si bonne application n’offre pas la possibilité de changer de langue. Nous qui ne sommes pas aussi bonne application n’offre en anglais avons vraiment du mal à en profiter.

Started great, got worse with more AI
Getting a response to support requests is next to impossible and my app/link has been unreliable for over a week now. I removed my data and deleted my account today. Increased reliance on AI has rendered this app virtually unusable. I’d rather spend hours building a link in bio on my own website than trying to continue working with this one.

Won’t let me cancel subscription
The app is having problems loading the plans and payment page and so I went online and it won’t let me cancel my subscription cause it keeps saying it’s not working. Figure it out then?? Also I tried contacting customer service and surprise surprise, I can’t do that either. I’d give 0 stars for continuing to steal my money and not letting me cancel but one will have to do.

So frustrating and disappointing
For the second time now, I’m extremely frustrated with Beacons. Last month I paid for the $30 plan, and the month before that I paid for the Pro plan plus the custom domain (which I paid for yearly).
My Pro plan was still active, but I canceled it only to stop the next payment. Instead, I immediately lost all Pro benefits, even though I had already paid for the current month and still had 5 days left. I assumed I’d be able to use what I paid for until the billing period ended, but that wasn’t the case.
On top of that, the custom domain I paid for for the entire year was removed as well. I paid for a year, yet it disappeared the moment I canceled the Pro plan. Now my store can’t even be found anymore.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Everything just seems to keep getting worse with Beacons, and at this point I’m seriously considering switching to Stan Store instead.

Slow App
this app is soooo slow on mobile & ipad. It load everytime i open the app. Wifi is completely fine. I have to constantly swipe up the app & reopen it just for it to work. I can’t connect my payments because the button isn’t even working. For a first time user this sucks. This app needs SO much improvement, i’d prefer shopify.

Upon downloading the app tried to access your Apple ID like it has a key logger. I do not recommend this. Please take care of your personal information. I don’t know why Apple allows these products in its market. It is acting very fishy.

Love Beacons
I’ve been using Beacons.ai for a while now and I absolutely love it. I sometimes had thoughts about switching back to LinkTree, but with the new AI tools, website creator, and the media kit, they’re all-in-one tools make it worth it.

Not good for multiple accounts
I have multiple accounts and linking to Instagram or Meta is creating problems because it keeps disconnecting the other accounts and for each account I have to keep reconnecting it which I know will disconnect the other accounts. It is ridiculous if you are trying to monitor analytics.

I didn’t $10 on the beacons pro and still didn’t get nothing not even my domain it just took my money I either need my money back or my pro that I paid for please

Very good App
Beacons is a great little tool for starters trying to build a business and is good for the understanding for making one. the app provides lots of cool tools such as digital products, adding your socials into the app and lots more overall this app has helped me lots with selling digital products. I fully recommend this app.

I initially used the Beacons website as an efficient way to organize my links and create an appealing landing page for customers. However, I encountered some confusion when attempting to upload images. The website prompted me to “get started by adding a Beacons app,” which I assumed referred to the app itself. Unfortunately, opening the media section within the app led to the same message. I would appreciate assistance on how to effectively upload images within the platform. Thank you!
