Garbage
This is is so messed up when trying to register. It either redirect you back to the screen, says user attempt failed, or gives you a different error. I tried for 20 minutes and gave up wasting my time.
App and Website don’t work
The app and website are not working for me as far as viewing all brand partners and case studies. When I click on the “show more” arrows for both sections, nothing happens so there is no way for a brand to view all partners or see all case studies. Please advise on if this is a known issue and when this can be fixed. It has been this way for some time now. Also it is super frustrating that there is no way to contact support other than an email. Furthermore I just received a response to my email asking for help on this and it said the entire team is gone at a convention for 10 days and I’d hear back from them after that…so unprofessional.

Constantly doesn’t work
Nothing more frustrating than a customer clicking the link in your bio and your storefront doesn’t load and gives an error message. Great way to lose business. And the app doesn’t function properly either. If you click on different tabs within the app, you’re given a blank white page with no option to click on anything and have to do a hard shutdown and then reopen to reboot it. Taking my business elsewhere.
