Version 3.2.4 adds custom date ranges to Category Statistics, improves Automatic Backup, reports, and widgets, and fixes filtering, Apple Watch display, and background stability issues. • Added custom date ranges to Category Statistics, so you can choose any start and end dates to view, drill into, and export the period you need. • Improved Automatic Backup status and reliability: Settings now clearly shows whether it is on and when the latest backup ran, while pending backups stop correctly after BeanLedger Pro access changes, the feature is turned off, or a task is cancelled. • Clarified Beancount export guidance, including the difference between saving and sharing, what the .bean file does and does not contain, and when to use a full backup for restoration. • Fixed an issue where changing categories for one transaction type could unexpectedly change other transaction type selections. • Improved monthly and yearly Home Screen widgets so that when only an income target or an expense budget is configured, the unset side is still shown clearly. • Fixed Apple Watch complications that could appear blank, with clearer text, colors, and privacy behavior across watch face rendering modes. • Completed localization for period options in Financial Recap and several reports, with better display in compact layouts. • Improved stability when the app moves to the background, reducing crashes during iCloud sync or automatic backup and safely resuming pending backups on return.
