Offers option broken
It’s been over 2 months, and it always just says awaiting offers. Not to mention you save all these points just to get 5 dollars off. That’s it.
App needs an update
My biggest issue with the app is that you are unable to select how much of your rewards points you want to redeem. It will automatically redeem the maximum amount of points. The only way you can adjust is if you scan the app in store. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on the app.

Not Diabetic Friendly
The app itself sucks pretty hard. I'm a type 1 diabetic and sometimes I just want to be able to order my drink on the app, but there's no nutrition information and it's damn near impossible to get anything sugar free. I don't want to add a pump of sugar free syrup into a drink that's already loaded with sugar - I just want a drink that doesn't deplete all the insulin in my pump.

The worst app interface
I hate this app. You can tell that this coffee house is trying to be “different” just tell me what’s in the drink. Why are there no nutrition facts available in the app? I have local coffee shops with better ordering platforms than this app. So disappointing.
This Brews Crew Dude
Knows my order and has it ready before I’ve even paid. Love this spot, especially because I’m typically in a hurry with work and there’s no drive through. When I do have a little time though, it’s a nice lounge with a more hip vibe and a bookcase full of books.
Problems getting promotional points
Almost every week I run into problems getting the promotional points that are promised in the app. This is super frustrating. We time our visits around these promotional bonus points, so when we don’t get them, it’s super frustrating. This past week, I had a notification I would receive 25 bonus points for stopping by three times in one week. We went for our third time, the bonus point notification was never applied to my account, and yet it still dismissed the promotional coupon notification for it. This has happened so many times to us that it’s starting to feel borderline like a bait and switch operation. It’s starting to just feel like it’s better to save the drive, the gas and just make coffee at home. 😔

Beans & Brews has quickly become one of my favorite coffee stops! The staff is always genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they make every visit a pleasant one. Their coffee is absolutely delicious and dangerously addictive. Every drink I’ve tried has been consistently great.
Being located inside Ridley’s Family Market (along with Ace Hardware) makes it a unique spot to grab an amazing cup of coffee while you’re out running errands. If you’re in the Kuna area and haven’t stopped by yet, you’re definitely missing out. Highly recommend!

I stg I’m not a grandma or anything but I just gave up and deleted the app after 10 minutes because it was so complicated
Offers won’t be honored
I’ve loved beans and brews for years. I’m a frappe addict. But I’m at the point I’m shocked when the discounts or offers actually work. It errors out with online orders then in store refuses to honor order online offers. After making 3 purchases I was suppose to get a free drink which never posted. Online coupons for discounts, double points and such don’t work more than do. This has always been an issue but it’s getting ridiculous the last few months. The thing getting my post on here today is they ask for a review at the end of each online order. It will always allow 5 star reviews. But errors out if you post anything less. The 5 star is completely false after 4 times getting errored out on 4 separate purchases to leave lower reviews. I’ve been a customer for years but I’m moving away to try more reliable coffee shops. PS if anyone in store reads this. My beloved cocoa bean frappe goes from being utterly delicious to tasting like melted chocolate ice cream from visit to visit. Consistency should be taught to baristas.
