Просто не работает
Приложение не видит микроскоп M1, несмотря на установленное соединение по wi-fi. Никакие перезагрузки, забывание сети, удаление-учтановка приложения не помогают. Начинаю подозревать что gps там нужен чтобы китайская версия устройства не работала вне китая.

This app is a joke
This is day 4 with my M2 microscope and I still cannot get the WiFi connection to work. Very disappointed with the lack of app support. The BeaverLab website has links to what appear to be software patches but requires downloading some private code. Beware, these are not App Store links. I love this little microscope and lots of my friends are interested in getting one but I have to let all of them know that the WiFi doesn’t work. Come on Beaver…fix this!

DOES NOT WORK
This is frustrating! It does not work. Cannot get my pictures off of my Darwin MXPro.
Never Works
I’ve had the DT1 for god knows how long at this point, and never once has it shown an image or taken a picture. The WiFi connects and shows the device, but only a black screen. Try taking a picture and it causes the app to freeze up. Also shows 34/64GB of the memory used, but try to access the device album and that freezes the app too. At this point since nobody at Beaver Point reads or responds to the many 1-star reviews I’ll just assume it’s some sort of Chinese malware garbage, delete the app, and chuck this device in the dumpster fire it deserves to die in.

Can’t Connect to WiFi
Here to say what others have said. I got the handheld smart microscope and have restarted both my phone and the device countless times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The WiFi for the device that should be showing in my WiFi settings is not showing. Which is a big bummer as that’s the easiest way to get the photos on to my phone. Microscope is awesome, but the app has massively failed.

Ставим приложение, выбираем микроскоп, подключаемся к Wi-Fi микроскопа, и далее нажимаем “Начать просмотр» и появляется сообщение Not Connected.
Проверили на двух айфонах 11 Pro и X, и на андройде Samsung.

Nonfunctional
Unfortunately this app is completely nonfunctional. I tried to connect my Beaver Point device on both my phone, iPad, and using a cable (the last one being a Hail Mary). I had read other reviews but thought I’d give it a try. I’m not sorry I got this cute little handheld microscope—it’s fun and has its uses. But I was thinking of getting a couple as gifts and now I’ll be looking for something else.

Absolute garbage
The app, no matter how many times they say they fix it, does not work. He connects to my beaver labs device, and then I get a black screen and it is not usable. Lovely when you spend over $200 on an item that does not work. Support is absolutely useless, as they tried to explain all the different steps. None of which work. Save your money. Get a refund if you can.

Doesn’t Connect
App won’t connect to the Darwin M2, and their software won’t run on OS Catalina. Makes a $60 microscope pretty worthless if it can’t connect to anything for display.

This microscope was great for a few weeks when I first got it - I’ve stayed up to date with the app, but unfortunately can’t seem to connect to the provided WiFi. I’ve tried every “fix” that was suggested online - because there is no customer service. Spent over 6 hours total trying to get this to reconnect - absolute waste of money and time.

Useless
Hopefully someone reads these, but from the other reviews I’m not getting my hopes up. I have the DT1, and the app seems to connect but never shows an image, and freezes if you click the shutter button or try to access the device gallery. Big stupid paper weight at this point.
Horrendous
The user interface is very bad and makes using their hardware nearly impossible. Buttons have no explanation, connections require cellular data to be turned off, and to simply save a picture to Photos requires transferring it between albums within this app. It’s nonsensical! Settings that DO make sense don’t even work: I have set the camera to take pictures in RAW, but it only saves in JPEG. Really lets down their hardware. Sigh.
