Discounts where??
I also am constantly giving emails about discounted smoothies and then when I go to the app and never figure out how to actually apply for discount. I’m about to remove myself from their mailing list.
Promos Don’t Work
Love the smoothies don’t get me wrong but the app needs work. It’s not user-friendly & the promos they keep notifying us about doesn’t even work. There’s no way to redeem it, no barcode or promo code. Cashiers at the location refuses to honor it even when showed the email. Needs to be fixed.
Discounts Never Work
Love BEC but on a weekly basis I get notifications of discounts available on the app only when you place an order can never get the discount to apply. Going into the store is worse - I go to the West Hollywood location and when I tried to address the issue with staff the girl looks at me with glazed eyes and can’t do anything about it.

Points are not showing up
Points haven’t reflected since November. Never had this problem with the old app but it stopped working for me 🙁

Does not take Apple Pay
App didn’t apply my sign up
I was supposed to get a free smoothie w signing up for app but was charged full price
