Non-Existent Customer Service
They don’t follow your grading service timeline. They don’t upload orders into your account, and they never respond to customer service inquiries. It’s pretty obvious PSA is kiling off Beckett. The new CEO has not improved anything. Worthless, not recommended at all.
App is useless
What is this app? Marketplace ? Not user friendly. Who ever designed this App screwed took the check and ran. Subscription? For what?
Worse update
Not sure if you have tested this update you can’t even do anything when you click the menu it’s freezes and it’s the latest update. Need to use a computer as the app is useless.
I can’t even log in ._.
When I type out my Beckett account details, I get hit with “Incorrect email or password”. I try the same details on the website, and it works fine.
Poor interface
Poor navigation and unwanted refresh of the app. Can’t find what I need just random things on the app that are completely useless.
