Non-Existent Customer Service
They don’t follow your grading service timeline. They don’t upload orders into your account, and they never respond to customer service inquiries. It’s pretty obvious PSA is kiling off Beckett. The new CEO has not improved anything. Worthless, not recommended at all.
App is useless
What is this app? Marketplace ? Not user friendly. Who ever designed this App screwed took the check and ran. Subscription? For what?
Worse update
Not sure if you have tested this update you can’t even do anything when you click the menu it’s freezes and it’s the latest update. Need to use a computer as the app is useless.
I can’t even log in ._.
When I type out my Beckett account details, I get hit with “Incorrect email or password”. I try the same details on the website, and it works fine.
Poor interface
Poor navigation and unwanted refresh of the app. Can’t find what I need just random things on the app that are completely useless.
Nothing works
The app just freezes after a few screen clicks. I’m not sure what is going on with it but it’s definitely not working right now.
IT issues abound
Trying to verify for first login states must verify otp with 60 minutes. Codes arrive a day and half later!!! Multiple attempts to get verified for first login, not worth the hassle for this worthless app.
This app SUX
Please fire the designer of this app they are hurting your business, This is awful for submitting cards I recommend the Online Website, this is worse then Arena Grading app to much nonsense and it does not work
Why have an app
Why have an app if you can even submit you’re a million dollar organization but have an app that’s stuck in 2008
Terrible User Interface
For such a large, established, and esteemed company you’d think this would be a well refined app. It’s not. The interface looks like it was meant for an iPhone 2. Not nearly as many features as there should be. And why can’t you submit grading orders through the app???? When you go to the marketplace tab and click football, the years available to search are 2018 and 2019! I think Beckett created this app and then completely forgot it existed because clearly no one’s been paying it a single ounce of attention. Don’t get me wrong, I love Beckett, but holy smokes this app is steaming pile of you know what.

Cards missing
So I paid good money to have a fast turnaround and even overnighted the cards. It says delivered three weeks ago. Becketts app is showing hasn’t been received. They turned their phones off and the don’t answer emails. Pretty much the worst customer experience and I still don’t know what’s going on with my order? Is it lost or who knows because Beckett doesn’t answer!

Very Bad
This app is not good and I could not even see the prices let alone buy a subscription.
Subscription won’t renew
I pay for the service every month, yet cannot use subscription for several days at beginning of each billing cycle due to subscription not renewing on Beckett’s end. I always have to reach out to customer service to get my service activated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Sometimes can’t reach anyone for days, what a joke!

Canceled, still billing
Canceled back in July after being billed, it's October now and they are still billing, called twice, both times they say it's canceled now..

Leider kann ich mich nicht registrieren. Es kommt jedesmal die gleiche Meldung. Mein Passwort wäre nicht richtig und erfüllt die Anforderungen nicht. Habe das Passwort genau nach den gewünschten Anforderungen erstellt. Leider ohne Erfolg…

Nothing works
Type in the certificate number and it just kicks you back to the main screen. Every time. Nothing works. Tried to add a collection and….. nothing. Design isn’t not navigable or fluid.
Garbage
Search finds nothing after forcing you to buy a subscription to search. Don't waste your money.
