Those Coupons Don’t Add Up!
Yes, we love those 25% off coupons but they do not compute. Do the math, especially when you are taking advantage of the discount to buy several things. How does a med cab priced at $466 come to be $432 with 25% off? Should be over $100 off, no? More like $134? So cost $334? I’m doing this quickly in my head but you get the point. Other than that I love the selection and quality of most of the items, but the coupons drive me to get off the fence with some items. So there should be accuracy—we smart shoppers are not dummies!

Never Try to Return Something
I purchased a rug that was defective. I waited for 30 minutes on a phone call while the representative “Journey tried to resolve a simple return label. I’ve deleted the app and moved on Amazon.
Couldn’t even use app
I attempted to purchase a lamp, the app prompted me to repeatedly refresh the page because there was an error. No matter how many times I re-entered my address and card information when the app prompted me it still did not go through. They then put a block on my account for checkout for some reason? My boyfriend was able to get me the lamp that I wanted, but I’m unsure if they cannot resolve my issue. I don’t think I’ll be keeping this app anymore.

This is NOT the bed bath and beyond that we use to shop at, the website is nothing but cast always and other peoples store returns from who knows where. Returns are on you, no refunds until 6 weeks later and delivery is by schedule only.
Can’t track order
Had to go to the website to see that my order hasn’t even shipped. App just says processing and doesn’t give additional information like the website does.

$55 to return
They have lost my business. Why would I pay a quarter of the price to return something? Better off going to a retailer like Kirkland and not hassling with this ripoff. I’m sure even Amazon has free returns and I can find the same item.

I purchased a $60 fitted sheet, and when the package arrived the UPS driver even asked if it contained something perishable because of the smell. It was so bad that the odor stayed on my hands for two days after handling the package.
When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I would have to pay $20 for the return. I explained the situation, and they said the smell was “normal” and that I should air the sheets out for two weeks before discussing a refund or return.
That response was unacceptable. I did not want something that smelled that bad sitting in my home, especially for two weeks. It was simply a cotton sheet, and even after washing, I would never feel comfortable putting something like that near my body or my family.
Between the product quality, the customer service response, and the return policy, this was a terrible experience. It’s hard to understand how companies expect to keep customers with policies like this. I’ll be sticking with Amazon which stands behind what they sell. 🧾📦

Buyer beware
Make sure you truly want the items you’re buying as they charge you heavy for returns. Bought some stools and the color is way darker and they refuse to make it right. Charge me $80 to return the items. Will never buy anything from them ever again.

They use RXO delivery which is a scam
They will schedule a delivery date weeks out and then cancel and reschedule over and over. Google the company RXO and there are multiple claims against them with the better business bureau. You will NOT get your item any time soon. It can take months, these are coming straight from China by sea and they deceive you into thinking it is being prepped at their warehouse.

The site is riddled with Marketplqce Sellers who set their own ridiculous return policies that are hidden in the fine print. Do not think you are getting BB&B customer service and return policies.
Good luck making a return
Received an item that did not meet the descriptions displayed on the platform and there is no return option for this case. They wanted me to pay for the return and tried to charge me more than the item was worth for the return label. This store is absolute trash and does not resemble the former brick and mortar Bed Bath and Beyond. I hope they’re proud of stealing $30 from me.
