This may be an amazing app but even following their instructions, my Apple Watch says there is no subscription. They need to do more work before releasing it for Apple Watch

My wife has Orthostatic Tremors and is using the beechband to stand on her own again. Itâs amazing.
I saw this app and decided to give it a try. It would be good to have this between charging cycles on the actual beech and but I canât seem to get it to install in my ultra.
Youâre still getting five stars cause I believe in the original product.
I wonder if this Is this an iOS regional issue?
