Payment don't work, pointless trash app
Joined-cannot get a code
Downloaded, joined…I have not received a code…I have confirmed many times and asked for a resend many times-cannot get a code. Has been over an hour and still no code
Can’t sign in.
Upgraded phone. Keeps saying account/phone number already exists, doesn’t give you a way to sign in. Broken app

The app updated and logged me out. The “sign in or create account” button only creates accounts so I can’t log back in.
On line app is consistently inconsistent
The concept is great but trying to use the on line and having it work is a toss up - I still can’t order from the LaBelle Fl area even though it comes up - when I tap on the location - the app says “area has not been configured”. Now how can that be when you folks show it when chosen —.

Cannot Order any time
The app crashes or gives an error EVERY time I try to the “cart” or finish and submit my order. Whack.
Just not ready for release
I installed the app, joined the program and ate in one of their restaurants. The server was able to pull up my information from my phone number.
Now the app won’t even open.
I get an error message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, with no luck.

Worst restaurant app ever
As I tried to sign up for the reward program some how while entering my info the app got my info wrong and when I tried to change it I couldn’t. I proceeded to delete the profile and start again only to find out that I had been been removed from any loyalty program. So I deleted the app.
Terrible App
Very limited customization options considering the cuisine. Doesn’t have anything indicating how long you have to place an order before they stop accepting orders. Shady tipping scheme. Defaults to 10% tip.. on a mobile order. Nobody is tipping for that!
Please fix the APP issues.
Every time I try to log in it sends a code to my mail and when I put the code it keeps saying that PHONE IS TAKEN. ☹️
Can’t create rewards account
The new app is horrible. I used to have a rewards account with points and the are all gone and I can’t create a new account due to an app glitch. It keeps asking for a renewal code or to skip. It won’t let me skip.
Forced to update and lost reward and points
So frustrating- was planning to use my reward one day and I was forced to update the app and lost not only my $10 reward but a good amount of points. Fortunately I’m close to the original Beefs that doesn’t screw their customers. Not visiting any other locations unless I have a coupon or reward now, not worth trying to earn points if I’ll lose them the next time they decide to do a new rewards program.

Boo to new app
Tried to check my rewards. Made me login with Facebook. It won’t let me put in my correct birthdate. Defaults to April 1, 2006.
Can’t even get signed up
Tried to sign up before I went to restaurant, never got the email with the needed code to do so. And not in spam either. No other way to sign up without the code. Useless when you can’t even sign up with the app. Asked at the restaurant if could sign up directly, said no can only sign up through the app. But the app doesn’t work. 😵💫

APP NOT WORKING!!!!
Most recent update(s) refuse to let me login to my account - I have at least one $19 reward and receipts from two recent visits that I can’t scan for more credits. I have left telephone messages that are ignored and filled out “CONTACT” forms that have no reply. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Upgrade is a downgrade
The app worked much better before the upgrade. You have to be careful about what you touch or you’ll lose your points! Maybe that was the idea. Don’t be in such a hurry to “improve” something.😒
Useless if you want to place an order
I’ve been happy with the new app interface when scanning and redeeming loyalty points in store. But ordering online is horrible. In app, can’t get past viewing my cart/order. I constantly get an error message. I tried to place order on web and made it to the “place order” button. But then get the same error that they “can’t do what I’ve asked them to do.” Su ch a waste since I had a free item offer that is going to expire and I couldn’t take advantage of it with the faulty ordering system.
