Unable to access account on app
I previously created an account when I placed an online order but when I downloaded the app it will only lets you create an account not login to your existing account and it keeps saying phone number already associated with an account. So basically there is no way to login to your account to see awards online or on the app. SMH. The waitress and manager did not know how to help and I was told just give them my phone number when I place an order and they will add it to my order to get points. I guess they will be able to let me know how many reward points I have and if I have a rewards to use. It feels very misleading to be told to download the app especially since you cannot even access your account online because it tells you to go to the app which the app doesn’t let you login. So frustrating.

Joined-cannot get a code
Downloaded, joined…I have not received a code…I have confirmed many times and asked for a resend many times-cannot get a code. Has been over an hour and still no code

Upgraded phone. Keeps saying account/phone number already exists, doesn’t give you a way to sign in. Broken app

The app updated and logged me out. The “sign in or create account” button only creates accounts so I can’t log back in.
