Don’t buy it - Unable to Use the App - No Response from Support
I’ve been unable to use the app for three months because I can’t hear any of the audiobooks. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support but haven’t received any resolution or helpful response. This has been very disappointing, especially as I’ve already paid for the service. Please improve your support and fix the app issues.

No vale la pena…
Obtuve la app en Diciembre 2023, los mejores libros que alcancé escuchar eran de editorial planeta y aún así era difícil encontrar un buen libro. Ahora que editorial planeta ya no forma parte de Beek es casi imposible encontrar un buen libro. La app está infestada de retos y libros de autoayuda de una hora de los cuales el contenido es prácticamente el mismo: desamor, heridas de la infancia y meditaciones. Hace aproximadamente un mes descubrí que la biblioteca pública en mi ciudad ofrece una app para libros y audiolibros completamente gratis y estoy impresionada la cantidad de todo tipo de libros que tiene, de haberla descubierto antes no habría pagado 100 dólares por Beek. Ojalá puedan actualizar su contenido pronto, la app tiene buenas features pero el contenido que ofrecen simplemente no vale la pena para lo que cuesta.

Plenty of other apps to use with loads of content.

Si adquieres la suscripción y quieres cancelar asegúrate de que lo hagas antes. Incluso tratando de hacerlo el mismo día no recibirás ninguna ayuda. Jamas he tenido problema con ninguna otra app si intento cancelar el mismo día que se renueva. Y siempre mandan un recordatorio que la fecha de renovación de acerca como cortesía. No es el caso con Beek.
