Awful service
Booked via the app at 23:10 for a car at 23:40. Car didnât show up. Phoned Beeline and was told âthere are 2 others in front of you so youâll have to waitâ. When I asked the time delay I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I said this was not acceptable as Iâd pre booked. She hung the phone up on me. Disgraceful service.
