Glitchy
The app was working well up until a couple weeks ago it was experiencing glitches couldn’t sign in set my account wasn’t there remove the app from my phone reinstall the app went through the setting up process again still didn’t work next day it worked. Yesterday was trying to access the calendar so I know what time I booked I’m unable to do that the San Mateo location is not showing up on the app even if you type in the ZIP Code or the city it doesn’t appear so now I don’t know my schedule brought it to their attention yesterday this morning it’s still the same. Super frustrating!

My biggest gripe is that I am forced to sign in every time I use the app. The old version did not do this.
Add an option to link to calendar please!!!
Can’t have reservations moved to calendar. I have to manually put it in which is annoying.
Terrible
The app keeps logging me out. I have to login every time to use it. No Face ID or automatic password works. You have to manually login every time. Worthless!
Please fix this stupid app!
This app is absolutely terrible. I can’t even get logged in to book. The old app was so much easier to use. For the price I’m paying for a membership we should have a functional app to book services!
