My biggest gripe is that I am forced to sign in every time I use the app. The old version did not do this.
Add an option to link to calendar please!!!
Can’t have reservations moved to calendar. I have to manually put it in which is annoying.

The app keeps logging me out. I have to login every time to use it. No Face ID or automatic password works. You have to manually login every time. Worthless!

This app is absolutely terrible. I can’t even get logged in to book. The old app was so much easier to use. For the price I’m paying for a membership we should have a functional app to book services!
Worthless
This app is the absolute worst. This is the 3rd Beem app & absolutely not usable. I’m a very unhappy user! This has been going on for over a month, possibly 2 & is not an acceptable tool for booking. Pls fix!
Still can’t login
I keep downloading your new versions you push out but still can’t login. This app is worthless.

Can’t log in since the last update. Doesn’t even allow me to finish typing my email address.

The new app keeps relating to “authenticate” but won’t let me actually sign in - driving me bonkers!
Awful app
This app is so glitchy. Can’t login half the time. Won’t remember my credentials. It’s like a 6 yo created this app. Love the actual sauna.
Incompetent beyond belief.
The disaster that is this app is confounding. It doesn't work. At all. Do you not have the capability to test or fix this? It's been weeks and it's still not working.
Awful New App
Since updating to this new app I’ve had nothing but trouble logging in using my google account.

This new app worked for a while, but now stuck in an authentication error loop. Can’t log in or do anything. Whoever developed this was paid too much. Pls fix this disaster…..
Old app better
App is terrible. Logs me out constantly old app better. You could book two appts at once instead of having to go back and forth and juggle times
Pointless
I can’t even log in on the app. I’ve tried everything, deleting, re-installing. Still doesn’t work. I have to call to schedule my services and am considering canceling. With the money they’re charging, they should have an app that functions.
The worst
Won’t match my login to my membership so I can’t make appts. Deleted and reloaded and it keeps giving me an error when I enter my information. The first app was much better.

i am a member of beem but trying to sign into the app just presents unsurpassable error messages. absolutely useless.
