This app is a joke. They will leave you stranded with damaged cars almost 60 days to get paid on one you will lose $1000 deductible from the customers insurance. Yet they will not listen to you when they tell them to turn the car off, due to not getting paid in which one of my cars was stuck in a fire.
I had to go retrieve my car after three attempts busted windshield lost key. And more toxic damage. Their customer service is a joke. They never answer their phone. They use ChatGPT to respond to you in perfect grammar. Yet all they want you to do is relist their car back on there so they get their initiation fee which is well over $500. They don’t share with-the seller. The customers get three week payments in the first eight weeks. In which you’re on the hook for six weeks to make sure your car doesn’t break down. If any issues occurred they’ll let the customers bring the car back at six weeks no matter how many miles they put. I had a car over 5500 miles in three weeks. Which a customer drove and returned. All their propaganda is trash all they keep telling you keep the money you made and rellist your car.
But at the end of the day, we all know damage occurs, and people just take advantage of the whole situation and you’re gonna lose. My other four cars are on there still which literally one or two payments away from being reloaded back to me.

Almost perfect
The service does exactly what it advertises. It gets you into a new car quickly without the hassle of income verification, and credit checks…as long as you’re a gig worker. I got approved within 48 hours to make a purchase.
I do wish that the buying process was a little more transparent before you begin. I saw reviews of people getting in a car the same day where the next day – that seems unrealistic to me because it took almost a week.
My only grievance is that there’s no protection for the buyer really. I had my car for less than a week before a crucial part failed. The alternator died and my car shut off in the middle of the interstate. While I was doing 65 mph. The company wouldn’t do anything about it; and they said the seller was the only one who could give me grace on my payment. It costed me $650 to replace the alternator, and my payment was more than that and due in 4 days.
This happened BEFORE I could even make my first payment. I could have left the car there and told them to come get it, it had nothing to do with me. It was the factory part and failed from normal wear and tear 3 days after I bought the car.
No assistance, no grace, just a “figure it out yourself or deal with the repossession”. Wild behavior honestly.
So needless to say, I won’t be using the service again or recommending it to anyone that doesn’t just already have a lot of money saved up. Not when things like that can happen. I only left the four star rating because it did help me when I needed it the most.

Money hungry scam!
Run, look the other way and run. At one time these guys were great and then they became the biggest scam. They lie and steal and they know it. Do not deal with them, find any other way possible but them!
DONT USE THIS APP
If I could give zero stars I would. Came here for a vehicle, they’re so unprofessional. They constantly ask for proof of maintenance & how many miles are on the car if you don’t respond in a timely manner they’ll SHUT OFF your vehicle, yet whenever you have an issue with the vehicle they don’t respond or even read the messages, even when paying for the “beepz protection” plan! Yet they’re quick to process the payment or cancel your agreement to start repossession process. They’re so unhelpful.

Excellent Service
Great service, there’s a chat option online and they always answer within 24 hours. Easy to talk to the dealer/seller. Makes it super streamlined to buy a car and you don’t even have to go to the DMV. Cars go quickly but it’s a great alternative to going to a dealership, especially if you have bad credit. High fees but it’s worth it, especially knowing you get to own the car at the end! Love that!

HORRIBLE Customer service!!
I returned my car because the transmission went out within 10 days of me having it. The seller still hasn’t cancelled my
contract, and he’s had it for at least a week now. I’ve emailed Beepz at least 10 times total. When the transmission went out and when I returned my car. I have yet to get a response from anyone. RUN from this company!! If there’s an issue, you WILL NOT be able to contact customer service. They don’t have a phone number only an email address that they don’t respond from.

Amazing!
This is an incredible opportunity for people with a less than perfect credit score to obtain a vehicle!
Car broke down after two weeks.
This app feels like a scam. Yea the process is easy, but as far as them actually inspecting the cars, I don’t think so. I got a car from here and it wasn’t even two weeks and the transmission went out and needed to be fixed. How did they not find that during the inspection? They have a no refund policy. They don’t accommodate you with another vehicle. At this point I have to Uber back and forth to work and it’s very expensive. I reached out to customer support as soon as it happened and it’s been over a week and no one has reached back out to me. I would NOT recommend this company!!

Workers write fake reviews this a terrible company i have 50 weeks left and are terrible with support or any assistance. The turn off your car only a couple days late i had to get insurance for the car then make 300 a week on time then on top if you do make early payments they still expect you to pay next week they want payments every single weeks no excuses…dont help with any maintenance….if you have no other options still dont use this app

Everything seems fine and smooth, just do what is asked of you and drive. They aren’t here to be your friends or the person to hold you accountable use the grace they give you and try to stay on top best you can. If you could get a car off the lot easier you wouldn’t be here.

Bug issue
This is an amazing app!! First and most foremost. However recently it isnt letting me logon to the app and even when i try to go to forgot password it says there was a problem and to try again later. Please help with this. I have deleted and re downloaded the app and it hasnt helped.

I just purchase a car with Beepz and 3 days later check engine light is on I’ve been trying to get into the app to reach out to someone and the app constantly just stays loading i sent an email and still no response as of yet

The process was smooth sailing. Just as the app states the representative Oliver kept in contact the whole way through my onboarding process.
BE CAREFUL
Beepz definitely ignores you when they don’t want to take care of business. Pray that nothing is wrong with the car because even if your car is under warranty they ignore you and want you to fix it yourself. EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY $300 a week and no, they are not open to negotiation on the rates. Whoever handles the communication is very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. I would suggest saving up some money for a down payment instead of using this app.
