I used to play this game daily but less and less! The gems will not refresh no matter what I do! I have so many but can’t use them.. been I doubt this review will post either nothing is working right!

Again, thank you for making the daily challenge impossible to achieve because of ridiculous score total to reach. Why even have it if you are having trouble awarding a gem? I guess you don’t want people to play the game any longer. Sad.
What your update to playing this game has done is really sad. You have made reaching goals in the daily challenge impossible. I wish you would go back to the old way for the whole setup it was much more fun.

I have lost tons of prizes and power ups due to the Game freezing up with the timer still going! Some of these prizes I have paid good money for, how do I get reimbursed for it?
I been playing for years I keep getting kicked out just used my points to play and got kicked out.
