Data disappeared
After 15 years playing this game, I amassed a supply of special “jewels”. I was off the game for a week and when I returned, my chest shows I have them but every stinking one is listed as “unavailable”, including the ones I earned in the daily spin and free chest.

Have been getting this message for at least two weeks now. Can’t use Amy special gems that I have for anything either. Saw your response to login to Facebook. I don’t use Facebook, so that’s not the problem. Everything I earned is being held hostage. I’ve never seen a major problem not addressed for weeks. I see plenty of other reviews stating the same problem.

Apparently if you quit the game 2-5 seconds after game start, then start a new game afterwards, then even if you make a match, NOTHING HAPPENS!! Also any boosts equipped would STOP WORKING ALL TOGETHER. I literally have to force quit the game then log back in for it all to work!

Items not downloading
For a couple weeks now, rare gems, boosts & the cat won’t download. How many weeks does it need to download? Never had that issue before. Keeps saying it’s in progress of downloading. For the cat, it says to connect to the internet. I am connected & it still doesn’t open. I don’t play this every day, but I enjoy it when I do play.

I am reconnected to WiFi & it’s saying I’m not. I’m not sure what to do. I can’t access the power jewels I have saved. Saying “unavailable”.

It says to hit a button to renew but NOTHING happens just goes back again! This game is really messing up! I am about ready to delete it! But HELP I do like this game and have played it for years.
Seems unfair since the beginning of this year
Don’t understand how “players” who I believe are not real players can have maximum use of the boosters and they most often win the top prizes. The game has been changed since the beginning of this year. Very unfair to those of us who are loyal players
