Took all my gold bars had 1,0200 and took my earned items out my box I’m sure it was done on purpos

I have played this game for years but lately it freezes up on most ads and has to be reset. I’m about to give up on it.

Can’t play any challenges. Says it has to download half the content still and just keeps saying that.
Bejeweled glitch strikes again.
Once again, this app fails to deliver. The gem that I had the most of somehow deleted itself so I lost 64 gems. To top it off even though I paid for this game I keep getting random ads. I feel that after several years of having this app, the developers don’t care and are just inundating us with tons of ads for their financial benefit.

One minute of impossibility to match anything anymore you mean. Thank you for making impossible to reach any goals with impossible scores to reach and not giving the gems needed to achieve it.
Shame on those people who have made this game impossible to reach goals to win anything. You don’t set it for anyone to match the gems at all.
Would like to know who can win 7 levels when you make the goals and impossible amount and do not give the gems needed to reach those goals. This game has become a waste of time. You have changed it so dramatically that you made goals unrealistic and can win nothing. Basically the game now sucks. No one will ever be able to win all the prizes. Your goals are impossible to reach. Do you really find it fair to give absolutely no matches in the daily challenge? This is what you have done to this game making it impossible to win it. The changes an revisions made to this game has ruined it. Impossible to reach unattainable scores and levels to win the daily challenge. You are not paying real money but don”t want to pay that either I assume.
Also how do you expect players to get a ridiculous amount of star gems and twice in the games for ultimate rewards. Can you guys do it, because no one else can?

Keeps crashing
Since last update I haven’t been able to share any gems through mobile (iPhone 14) or play special mobile mode.

Got rubbish, iv been playing this for 15 years and this time iv lost all my coins all my gold bars and my shards, I had to update it as it wasn’t letting me go on it, once I done the upgrade that’s when I lost them all, was not happy its a good job I didn’t have to pay otherwise id be p###ed off.

Unable to use boost
The game fully updated and none of my gems or boost will work keep say waiting to download. Very unhappy
Frequent freezes and glitches after ads
SOOOOOO many ads. I’d even be willing to pay if they could just get the app not to freeze up all the time. This is pure ad revenue funded slop.

Freezes, no customer support
Has gone downhill. Freezes with loss of winnings. Support asks for screenshots (at the first time you would not know to take), don’t matter! Your screen disconnects and then no proof. It happens at key times of building up to a quest. I called c contacted service and it took multiple times, with no one understanding these simple, major issues.
