Belfius is just expensive for everything, charging 5euro per month for a prepaid credit card! Charging for a card reader, not giving any interest, and customer service is just non existent! Will change bank asap

Quand du support/service est requis (ex: être en contact avec un membre du personnel), c’est compliqué chez Belfius.

The most user friendly
This app keeps on getting improved and has become my favourite banking app
Too cumbersome
I am used to the ease of the American banking system. This bank requires you to use a PIN generator (small calculator-like device) for almost every transactions. So can’t really use it on the go unless you carry this devise with out.
Extremely annoying for no real reason (security is fine with my US bank and they don’t use that).

App only for their local people
It’s an app which is made only for local people of Belgium. It’s only in French & Dutch. it’s not usable for people who are investors, work or etc as a foreigners in belgium. I have my account in Belfius bank in Jambes Namur, sometimes it’s quite difficult for me to communicate even with their staff, they can’t speak English which is INT language, for this reason I decided to close my account & to write this comment. so if you don’t speak French, pls don’t go to Belfius bank. I don’t recommend Belfius..

The bank may consider adding English version to existing website as Brussels is said to be the international city.

I love how friendly it is, I just wish it was possible to use it in English because I’m still leaning dutch. I could also recommend the bank to my expat colleagues but no English version is available. Jammer!
