In person service = 5 star , but KBC app = 0 stars
The KBC mobile application is bloatware full of advertisements and spam and insidious methods to extract more personal data and browsing habits.
Their credit cards are expensive and basic: Using these online requires us to carry around a KBC card reader and enter in cryptic and error prone data! Their competitors use their app to verify. Result: I cancelled my KBC credit cards and use a competitor instead (cheaper and in-app verification).

Nearly a great app, which nearly makes up for the rest of their customer service in most cases!
An excellent banking app, but slowly turning into a football and sports banking app, which is not fun. New functionality partially works, or is fragmented in implementation, or is buried in layers of menus. Poorly tested (or perhaps untested) on iphone SE 4" screens.
otherwise an excellent and innovative for essential banking functions :
which is essential given the deteriorating service from the chat function within the app (Messages go unanswered for months), and branches practically never reply to emails - Has been a problem since at least 2019.
Love that I can scan an invoice (standard Belgian format) and it populates the payment details including the Structured Reference.
