Hello C. Baguette, sorry to hear that. It is our purpose to let our clients save time & money. So our features go further then actual banking indeed. Kate can guide you to make a transfer, but you can easily start this via the blue transfer button in the right under corner once you logged in. Do you have some technical issues regarding the statements? Because this is a proces which you can access via 'settings' and 'payments' under the name 'account statements'.
