Overall good but international transfers a bit slow

I’ve been with KBC for years, never had a problem. But when I transfer money to this account I find it’s slow.

This app is pas bon

When I first opened a KC account, the teller told me how wonderfully rated this is. It offers some nice things that have nothing to do with actual banking. In order to pay by iban, I had to talk to their AI bot. I also can’t get my historical monthly statements. And the bot just keeps telling me to go to the same place over and over. I would much prefer a traditional search engine and traditional features where I’m not talking to a bot to pay an iban bill. There are far too many limitations on this app and they distract you with features such as discount on train fares.

Kate can guide you to make a transfer, but you can easily start this via the blue transfer button in the right under corner once you logged in. Do you have some technical issues regarding the statements? Because this is a proces which you can access via 'settings' and 'payments' under the name 'account statements'. Undeveloped

One of worst banking app in the world. Nothing possible to find straight away. Nothing clear. Advice : you need to take a training from British banks specialists to create everything adequately.
