Overall good but international transfers a bit slow
I’ve been with KBC for years, never had a problem. But when I transfer money to this account I find it’s slow.
This app is pas bon
When I first opened a KC account, the teller told me how wonderfully rated this is. It offers some nice things that have nothing to do with actual banking. In order to pay by iban, I had to talk to their AI bot. I also can’t get my historical monthly statements. And the bot just keeps telling me to go to the same place over and over. I would much prefer a traditional search engine and traditional features where I’m not talking to a bot to pay an iban bill. There are far too many limitations on this app and they distract you with features such as discount on train fares.

Undeveloped
One of worst banking app in the world. Nothing possible to find straight away. Nothing clear. Advice : you need to take a training from British banks specialists to create everything adequately.

Het is ongelooflijk dat men een card reader nodig heeft indien men een betaling van meer dan 2500€ wil maken. Niet iedereen heeft toegang tot itsme - sommige mensen hebben een grotere wereld dan Vlaanderen en aldus een GSM die in een ander ander land is geregistreerd. Sommige mensen zijn dikwijls in een ander land en de hele tijd rond zeilen met een card reader op zak is belachelijk. Geen enkele bank in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, geen enkele bank in Singapore en geen enkele bank in de Verenigde Staten is zo kortzichtig! Daarenboven word een debet kaart te pas en te onpas (zonder verwittiging) ingetrokken indien men werkt met Revolut. De Vlaamse klei is heel erg diep. Onvoorstelbaar teleurstellend.

I have lived in multiple countries and this is by far the most innovative, easy to use apps. Would say one of my favourites in general! They keep adding on new features that are incredible. Couldn’t live without it.

Just keeps getting worse
They keep adding pointless features, making it harder and harder to actually do bank things like transfer money. Which doesn't work half the time (signing with itsme almost always needs two attempts).
Also, receiving money by QR code can take days.

Ik heb vandaag tweemaal 30 minuten aan de telefoon gewacht vanuit Texas en niemand nam op.

Newest version app
Ik vind de nieuwe versie van de app helemaal niet goed en het oogt ook niet mooi. Alles staat nu samen onder elkaar gezet en is traag met laden. Ook het scherm van uw rekening, waar je uw betalingen ziet is totaal niet overzichtelijk meer. De letters die ervoor staan vind ik irritant en je kan het verschil niet merken met betalen die zijn gedaan of nog moeten gebeuren. De vorige versie was perfect, de nieuwe trekt op niks.

Not friendly for non-residents
I live in the US and can not get access to my documents as I can’t get into Doccle. I used to be able to log in to Doccle with my username and password, but that option has disappeared for some reason.
The app weights too much :-/
Should occupy less space :)
