Absolutely ridiculous

At first the app worked absolutely fine without any issues. Uninstalled it by accident and when I re installed it I tried to log back in, all I kept getting was that my password was wrong so I reset in and yet still can’t get back in. Absolutely ridiculous. The app is a waste of time and generally just a nightmare!!!

Tried lots of times with this app but it never loads at all.

Terrible clunky and outdated

Would give this zero if possible
You literally can’t do anything on this app without it diverting you to external webpages, making it very clunky and cumbersome, having to go back and forth for information- even for simple things like paying rent!
Should all be contained within the app, with the option to remember card details.
Apps should make things easy and convenient but this does the opposite
