Absolute garbage
Got a new phone so logged out now can’t log in and trying to verify it’s just loading and loading what a waste

This app is rubbish every time I try to use it rejects information terrible
Absolutely ridiculous
At first the app worked absolutely fine without any issues. Uninstalled it by accident and when I re installed it I tried to log back in, all I kept getting was that my password was wrong so I reset in and yet still can’t get back in. Absolutely ridiculous. The app is a waste of time and generally just a nightmare!!!

Never loads for me!
Tried lots of times with this app but it never loads at all.

You literally can’t do anything on this app without it diverting you to external webpages, making it very clunky and cumbersome, having to go back and forth for information- even for simple things like paying rent!
Should all be contained within the app, with the option to remember card details.
Apps should make things easy and convenient but this does the opposite

Hopeless
Countless times I’ve reported a repair, and still waiting after 6 months. Believe Housing say on app repair has been done BUT hasn’t even started !!! and still waiting 😡😡

This app is crap you cannot sign in it crashes all the time will never let me log in what’s the point
Forgotten password
I tried to reset my password as I had forgotten it. I clicked the option to reset it but it just froze. I’ve rang them about an urgent repair but they say they can’t take them over the phone or the website, I have to do it via the app. This is the second time I’ve had to uninstall then reinstall as per their advice. I suggest they sort out the bugs before telling people the app is the only way to report things.

App is useless
Absolutely rubbish app ! Logged in fine fist few times then it said wrong password which I knew it wasn’t , and it froze me out , tried re setting it and restarting but still useless ! Total waste of time
Locked out :/
Ive locked myself out of this app now grrr I’ve been trying to change password because I forgot what my password was but it’s stuck on requesting new password. Please help
Don’t forget your password
This app worked really well at first everything you need in one place. But now I can’t even log in I forgot my password and had to many attempts to log in and froze the account after several failed attempts to reset my password I rang believe housing for assistance but all the told me was to re-register but when I tried to do this it would not let me as there was already an existing account finally I managed to get a password word reset to work logged in changed my password and have not been able to get back on since.

Rent information with ease
I was really happy with this app. It is straightforward to use and gives information about my rent account that I would have only been able to request over the phone. I also like how I can request repairs or report incidents on it.
