Freezing Account
I’ve recently had problems unfreezing my account even with update to app
App not working
App will not open
Hard time finding check out desk
We were having hard time finding checkout it almost took us 10 minutes and in store it was so hot it was like 89 degrees
Coupons never working
This app literally lies to make you think you’re getting a good deal and makes you sign up for a bunch of junk for the coupons only to say things like the coupon doesn’t apply to whatever is in the bag, without even explaining it! Or it’ll say that the coupon is applied when it did literally nothing to the overall price, literally a bunch of junk, they’re definitely doing it on purpose.

Tracks location with it off
Even though I have location set to only while using app, the app seems to know every time I pass by a Belk and pops up a notification. The app is closed, locations should be off, yet it still knows when I’m near a Belk.
Too much hassles

I wanted to download your App today. Well that’s not going to happen. 1st you made me setup a password word to download your App. That wasn’t enough, I still couldn’t download the app unless I gave you my credit card information.

Nothing but Glitches & Crashes!
Oh my. Needs A LOT of work. Just downloaded app and can barely shop it! So extremely slow and constant CRASHES! Very frustrating. Would take all day just to shop for a few particular items, let alone getting them added to the cart and finishing checkout. Also hate that the women size charts are generic for most everything and not brand specific, which is a big difference!

Avoid
The app is awful. It’ll tell you prices and sales, but it won’t remember your cart, it won’t be an easy checkout, it’ll crash while you’re searching for something, and it will claim errors when you try and place an order. Don’t trust.
Corrupt
Deleted app is corrupted keeps flashing some kind of wheel that has that has the 4 quadrants (N,S,E,W,).
Temporarily Unavailable
The app keeps telling me it’s “temporarily unavailable” when i go to my cart to purchase. I’ve resorted to just going to the website.
The worse app you cannot get it to work
Had to call for help and they could not get it to work…. 1 1/2 hr of being on the phone
Problem
Can’t find out how or what the problem with my account is
Website and Store
Website has taken my orders, says it’s processing, then completely has the order disappear along with my rewards. This has happened multiple times. Going into the store now makes me feel like I am going into a warehouse. Belk used to be fashionable and glitzy but no longer. I’m sorry for the change.
