Have had the app for many years
Now it requires an up date but my phone is a bit old and the app won’t download so now I don’t have access to it

Balance hidden
They purposefully hide your balance and push you to a separate app with its own login to manage payments.
Unable to update.
My iPad will not let me update because it wants me to add a credit card. I have a credit card on my belk app but the iPad won’t Let me use it it wants MC VISA DISCOVER ETC. what do I do to update my belk app without giving apple a credit card?
Returns
App isn’t friendly for returns. You have to go to a website. There should be a return link in every order on the App like other stores. Very hard to find return by date if you forget when. That should also be showing in every order before & after initiating a return. Frustrating

I was in the Destin Commons store cosmetics department. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. Angela was also very helpful. It’s too bad more employees are not like this. Please acknowledge their service. I will return to shop because of their service.

Rebecca was kind, & courteous. Very pleasant attitude. Dressing rooms in women’s could use shampooing. And some painting! Prices were excellent for end of season!

We were having hard time finding checkout it almost took us 10 minutes and in store it was so hot it was like 89 degrees
Coupons never working
This app literally lies to make you think you’re getting a good deal and makes you sign up for a bunch of junk for the coupons only to say things like the coupon doesn’t apply to whatever is in the bag, without even explaining it! Or it’ll say that the coupon is applied when it did literally nothing to the overall price, literally a bunch of junk, they’re definitely doing it on purpose.

Tracks location with it off
Even though I have location set to only while using app, the app seems to know every time I pass by a Belk and pops up a notification. The app is closed, locations should be off, yet it still knows when I’m near a Belk.
