LOVE the brand! Everything they represent in terms of products & messaging, Latinos/Latines/Latinas loving & supporting each other & our comunidad here in the USA! That said, it was a little buggy for me on payment section still. I noticed Apple Pay was gone entirely. Will be missed but understandable since it gave me trouble last time. PayPal still had crashing issues on sign in. Raw credit card thought I was trying to submit in entirety after only inputting number & hitting ‘Enter’ but that was easy workaround. Harder was unchecking the ‘Billing address same as shipping address.’ App itself is pretty but cookie cutter, comparable with other small businesses with Sh0p integrated app design, and the tracking is ick but igi. I think there’s an opportunity to expand on the video feed & make it a little less about Bella Doña IG/TK or influencer feed & more fan based.

The categories of their shopping items/ products don’t show everything. You have to search by item name what you want the products I wanted we’re advertised on instagram so that’s how I knew about which products I wanted.
