Use your in-app QR code at the front desk for in-clinic point redemption. Review your full points history, including earned, redeemed, expired points, and bonuses. Request an appointment by submitting a simple in-app request form. Browse promos and offers shared by the clinic. Manage your profile details (name, phone, date of birth, and onboarding responses). Get reminders related to key loyalty actions and expiring points. Add point-expiry reminders to your device calendar (optional, based on device permissions). Important notes Points are redeemed only at the clinic during checkout using your QR code. The app is designed to be simple and accessible for a wide age range.
