Extremely frustrating experience with Bella Vita. My order hasn’t even been shipped yet, despite waiting for so long, while the brand continues to accept new orders without fulfilling the older ones. There has been no proper update, no clear communication, and customer support has been unhelpful. This shows a complete lack of responsibility toward existing customers. Very disappointing and not trustworthy at all.

Deeply Disappointed with Bella Vita’s Decline
I’m extremely disappointed with how Bella Vita’s perfume quality has deteriorated over the past few years. What once felt like a promising, organic, and authentic fragrance house has now become just another mass-market brand chasing volume over value.
Three years ago, I purchased four perfumes from Bella Vita and was genuinely impressed—excellent longevity, rich projection, and premium packaging. There was a sincerity to their branding, a claim to organic roots, and even an emotional story about the brand being inspired by the founders’ mother.
Fast forward to today: I recently purchased 8 perfumes (4 full-size 100 ml and 4 travel-size 20 ml), trusting that same quality would still exist. To my dismay, not a single one of them lasts more than 30 minutes. Iconic fragrances like White Oud, CEO, and Elite Man—once long-lasting and distinctive—now feel diluted, weak, and synthetic. Elite Man, in particular, has undergone a complete transformation in notes and performance, and not in a good way.
What’s worse is the aggressive and misleading marketing tactics—flooding social media with overhyped reviews and spam-like advertisements to push subpar products. Perfumes are non-returnable, which means I’m now stuck with eight bottles that will likely sit untouched on my shelf.
Bella Vita has clearly lost the essence and ethos that once set it apart. In the pursuit of mass appeal, it has sacrificed authenticity, quality, and customer trust.

Very Slow
They took 6 days only to ship the product I don’t know when it will be delivered and the WhatsApp coustomer support is so so bad they only say (We have raised your concern, and you will receive an update within 24-48 hours.) I have a chat with Yatish 3 times and he only ignore the messages and end the chat. They are also not picking up the calls it will ring for 6 mins but no one answer only the products are good but the other thinks are so bad i am giving 0 Star. 👎🏻

Fraud Company
Terrible buying experience from Bellavita. I will never purchase again from here. I paid online for my order and found a product missing in the delivery. When I called them to report this, they clearly shifted the blame on me stating why I did not report this within 24 hours. I was out of the town then that's why unable to open the well-sealed package. I raised this issue over the email again but the response was same. It's very clear that in the name of lucrative offers and freebies they just try to cheat their customers. It's high time that they should learn to respect the hard-earned money and efrorts of their customers. I think rather than investing heavily in advertisement and promotions, Bellavita should also invest some amount in having good quality control while packaging the items. Rather than pointing fingers at customers they should learn to take some responsibility and try to resolve the issues. Otherwise, soon this company would start losing it's customer base if they keep the same attitude and don't value their customer.

Tab clicking error called
I have faced a error. When i click the “Cosmetic” on top tab bar. search results are perfect working and then i have clicked a particular proyand open it, it also be perfect working but the problem is when i click back Hoing to the main page and showing Perfume tab are active. If i click particular product back button then i have going to cosmetic all products but its going to main page.
I have faced thid problem on my IPhone 15.

Best Of The Best Ever
I used Bella Vita perfumes by chance but like people say First impression is the last Impression, this product did the same. Since then, I’ve been using their product and every product which I used is best. :)
App login issue
I have to use bella vita website as i am unable to login the app it verifies my phone number with otp however when it comes to mail id it always say something went wrong…. Please fix this however all the products are awesome…. It would be easier if i can order it from the bella vita application itself…thx

Hey..! Dev team I found a bug in “tiger perfume”product card… ->> when i tap on tiger perfume card intro video will be played perfectly but when video will be end white screen will appear and not back to another screen please fix this issue

If there is 0 star, I would love to hit it here. Why to advt so much when you can not deliver that? Pathetic experience. I have ordered from your app for the very first time thinking the service and product would be up to the mark as seen in the add. I was not expecting such a pathetic service. Since 29th August the product has reached to the destination for delivery and since then, today we are on 6th Sept. everyday I have been getting message notifications like your order is out for delivery and after a minute another popup saying the product can not be delivered because your number is not reachable. WTH! I have been getting messages and you are not able connect me on call ? Really? If you do not want to deliver why are you taking orders? Also, there is complete 0 support with your support executives. They always ask me to wait for 24-48 hours and no assistance provided. I feel so helpless and I made a mistake placing an order with you guys.😤🙏🏼 if there is an option to attach the screenshot, I would love to do that. I would seriously not recommend you in my circle. Bellavita is a Total Fraud and Scam
I had a terrible experience with Bellavita. I ordered perfume from them, but never received my order. It's been over 20 days now, and there's been no refund either. To make things worse, their customer service is non-existent—no one responds to inquiries, and they just provide misleading status updates. It feels like I've been scammed out of my money. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not buy from app it will say order fulfilled but you will not get any product from them. Totally fake app. I paid before 6 days nothing come even no message reply from them. Do not buy prepaid…… surely they grab your money….

I ordered 1 month ago from this app however i have not received any order and they are not even informing about my order and not refunding the amount. No response from customer care. WORST SERVICES. I placed an order on their official website on 21st August but the order was not delivered till 3 to 4 days. I called the customer care number and waited for 5 to 10 minutes. The call will get connected. I was told by the company that It takes 5 to 7 days, today 7 days have already passed, the order is yet to be delivered, no information is available as to when it will be delivered...

Very bad service. I ordered on 11th aug and after so much delay they say that the order has been cancelled on 26th. If u cant fulfil the order u guys should show that the order is out of stock. Why take order and keep the person hanging.

Delivery boy reschedule the delivery without permission and doing it again and again after that shipment partner return product to seller.
Experience is more than worst, they don’t even try to communicate with customer to resolve problem.

I have maid a order with this application and paid the order amount but It’s been 7 days neither they have dispatched my order nor they are canceling the order and refunding the amount. Although I have tried to contact their customer support, they are not responding as well , they are only saying we will get back to you with a new update. I will personally say don’t go through this application this is totally fraud .
