The app is not working. I have tried to reinstall it but still it shows update the app to use our service but there is no update in the play store for this app. Unable to access this app.

Unable to run the updated app
I have been using your body lotion, Gooseberry day cream, hair conditioner and Aloe Vera face wash since last 2 years and are giving good results. But on opening the app, it is asking for update which I am unable to do . Please help.

Don't be in the trap for their freebies, they will deliver small-size samples which are much more costlier or may charge shipping costs to you. If you raise the complaint company refuses to support you in any way. Also, products are not as natural as they were claimed. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this platform.

App crashes
When I go to my orders to check the status the app crashes and I have to restart the app. To view order details or track it I have to open the website in a browser. The developer needs to fix this bug. I am using the latest ios and the app version.
