Quick to take money, not so much to return
I pre-paid 30 dollars in March for an upcoming physical therapy appointment. I had to cancel. I have called several times to get my money returned. It is still sitting there. They have given me several excuses. I always keep my account paid. I am thinking of calling an attorney, i cannot be the only one this is happening to.

My experience with Bellin health has been excellent. Using their online check- in has provided quicker registration. My experience thus far of getting into the appointment times set has been on time or sooner. The online lab reports or Dr reports are in quickly for me to see.
Everyone has been friendly and smiling which is a huge plus at the clinics. Patiently waiting for Marquette Mi to get more services in the area so less travel, but worth the trips when such good care!

He set me up to have Cardiac Angio CT Scan at Bellin Cardiology in Green Bay Wisconsin with a follow up in the Bellin Marquette office following that. Confusing Times
The app will make the time 15 minutes before your appointment bigger than your actual time. This causes me a lot of frustration. No one wants to be at the doctor office longer than you have to. I’m constantly showing up too early do to this flaw in the system.

Dr Tobin Anderson is by far the best most kind generous doctor who does listen to her pashient by far the best docotor I have ever had I so glad she moved to escanaba we due need more doctor like her who are willing to listen to you and work with you on your medical condition she has done nothing but bless me and show me how kind and caring of an person she is I give her five stars for being extremely professional at her job she preforms all job duty with the most possible respect to pashient and is extremely understand on how it is she will tell you it may not be the bet choice for you and explain why and leave it up to you to make the overall choice for its your body but she has an way to help you make the best possible medical choice in life even though it your choice in the end

Bellin uses the“right” features to make it easy to navigate as i also use the app with Aurora and Uw health and struggle with both of their app features.

Emergency Room Visit
Went to ER for two reasons a persistent bought that has been occurring for months. Also an alcoholic who is expected to go to detox so wanted medical clearance. walked in to find out had covid on top of everything else.
Told repetitively that it may not be current or it's old. However detox prob won't happen due to Covid Positive. asks if we still want to test for cough said yes.
Sat in a covid area from 4:00 till 8:30 because they were calling detox facilities only for them to come back later and say no place to go. i said so we are not going to see a dr for the original concern the persistent cough. apologized said sorry miscommunication thought just there for detox. this coming after we were already told in first hour not an option.
finally see a dr. who is asking a stage 4 alcoholic questions he has no idea about. Try to correct him and give her details and she says we can only treat symptoms he is telling us about. permission was granted to talk to me and she would not listen. asked do you have runny nose as snot running down his nose. he said no. he is in an alcoholic fog because he is trying to self detox which we are trying to prevent. he is 102 pounds, malnourished, dehydrated with sodium level of 125 and nobody bothered to offer him an IV to hydrate and get sodium levels up.
Dr. listens and says hear wheezing but does nothing to address and on top of that takes his word he isn't wheezing. clearly dr did not have a clue or care to treat patient. could t get him out of there fast enough.

Bigger Font
I would love either a larger font size or the ability to increase the font size. Otherwise, I love the Bellin App.
