Highly informative and user-friendly
I may not be the target user for this app since I don’t experience frequent digestive issues, but I’m finding it so helpful when it comes to learning about what I’m eating and how it might affect me. I love being able to take a photo of a menu and get immediate suggestions about what to consider ordering. I have no doubt that I’m eating more healthfully since I started using this app…if you’re interested in sustainable, long-term healthy eating, you’ll love this.

Great concept
only been using it a day but I can tell a lot of thought went into this. the ingredient breakdowns are really helpful
Don't usually leave reviews but
I never write these but I want this app to succeed. It's the first food app I've used that's actually about understanding how what you eat affects your body — not just counting calories or hitting macro targets. You scan your meal and it breaks down the ingredients and shows you which ones might be causing issues for you specifically. It's made me way more conscious about what I'm putting in my body without feeling like I'm on a diet. Really well thought out.

Way more useful than just tracking macros
I've been trying to eat more anti-inflammatory and gut friendly but theres so much conflicting info online. This just makes it simple. Every meal gets scored, every ingredient is broken down, and if something isn't great it actually suggests alternatives. No guilt tripping just information. This is what I wanted

Not trying to lose weight, just want to eat smarter. Every other app is obsessed with calories. This one actually tells me what's good and bad about the food itself and why. The glycemic scoring alone is worth it
