When it works it’s great but sometimes says no connection and then a day later is fine again

I’ve been struggling with this lately, whenever I’m in my car I have a constant whine in my ears that nobody else can hear🧏♀️ I’ve even tried driving with windows open. Also quite often the aids won’t connect either the app, I have to use the app or my hearing aids are useless. Deaf discrimination is still rife out there, even medical professionals who should know better just shout at me, so everyone around me hears but I still can’t. Also going into some buildings my hearing aids cut out completely.

Great hearing aids
Takes a few weeks to used to the hearing aids but the app really helps start at a lower volume the gradually build up to set level. Listening to birds again is amazing
Keeps disconnecting
It’s a good idea but I’m constantly having to delete the app & reinstall it as my left hearing aid keeps disconnecting & it’s not my signal or Bluetooth connection & my hearing aid is working but the app just won’t find that one! Annoying!

I have sent two messages over the last year to the developers regarding an intermittent fault ( no connection to one aid which is resolved with a re-start of my iPhone).
No response so I can only assume BeMore are not set up with technical support.

Problems taking calls
I have endless problems taking phone calls when wearing my hearing aids. I cannot get any sound and even when I remove them, it still occurs. I think it is something to do with Bluetooth but it is very inconvenient.
Useful app
The app is easy to use, though a clearer set if instructions would have helped at first. NHS Danalogic hearing aids are pretty good, quite sophisticated and effective.

I’ve reinstalled app several times trying to get the various venue background options to display but no success…still not showing when I swipe the cards as per guide. Help/support would be very welcome. Thanks.
To hear or not to hear
Unfortunately for the past few months I have had problems connecting and keeping my contact with my hearing aids. The most wonderful thing about them is that I can now use them like speakers in my ears, but as soon as I loose connection especially in one ear this is frustrating, annoying and I don’t always realise until this connection has been lost I just want to know why? As I have been back to my audiology lady 3 times in the past two months . So annoying and time consuming 🤦♀️

Regret getting these hearing aids
Ever since I got my hearing aids (first time user of them) I have not been able to connect to my hearing aids for at least 50% of the time. Very frustrating, especially in noisy environments when I need them most and need to alter the setting. A GN representative informed me that they did have issues with the previous app update and the latest update back in March should fix it but still having issues. Looking to return them and get a refund

Useless
Whilst the app was never the best, I could at least connect most of the time, however I now cannot connect at all. I’ve changed batteries, deleted and reinstalled the app, but to no avail.

This will be the 5th time I have deleted and reinstalled this app since September 2025.

This BeMore app is very unreliable does not connect to my hearing aids as often as it should does not connect for at least 75% of usage.

Easy process explained all the way along apps easy to use even for 68 year old! Accessories obtained on line delivered quickly! What’s to complain about nowt
