Connection
The BeMore app is generally very easy to use, it works well & is easy to navigate but it is annoying when it keeps dropping connection with my hearing aids, so I have to keep going into settings to re-connect, hence 4 stars instead of 5!
No battery level indicator.
My previous app showed battery levels for my disposable batteries.
This app does not, so I have no indication that batteries are getting low until they actually run out.

Excellent control
BeMore app has proven itself over the last three years it is no linked to my second set of hearing aids I thoroughly recommend it to everyone I meet and have encouraged at least 50 people to use it who were not aware of the App previously
Good but could be improved
Nice devices and a good app, but would be helpful to have a known “reset to prescribed settings” option. There is a reset function but the user guides do not say exactly what it does and so this could cause inadvertent corruption of essential settings?
Unreliable
There is something fundamentally faulty with this app. The app is useful to connect to my phone for calls etc but I can’t say I use the features regularly. They don’t seem to make much difference to me? However, it is also very unreliable. Every two weeks or so I find that I’ve lost connectivity, usually in just on one side, and it is unable to be reset. I have to delete the app and reinstate in order to correct it. It’s not difficult but annoying and inconvenient, especially as unless you check the app you can be unaware that the connection is not there. Are the developers not aware of this fault? It would seem fixable, surely?

Missing Features
Everything is present in demo mode. As soon as I pair my hearing aids, the preset cards etc all disappear.

App is easy to use and integrates well with Apple phone / watch. I personally would like more customisation options but I am sure there are on the product road map.

Great App
I have tried other Apps and after using them for years I have returned to Bmore. It’s easy to use, it connects well and is reliable for receiving phone calls.
Designed to be unusable.
Logically, a large amount of people who need an hearing aid are advanced in their years. Those people, in many cases, also have reduced sight.
Therefore, why is the app so dark with very definition between the images and the screen.
If you have to have an app that conforms to the stereotypes of fashion, how about providing a button which switches to colours / brightness that people can distinguish between.
Ps. I might add that the functionality is great and works great. However, that is useless if the user struggles to see it.

When?
When it works it’s great but sometimes says no connection and then a day later is fine again

I’ve been struggling with this lately, whenever I’m in my car I have a constant whine in my ears that nobody else can hear🧏♀️ I’ve even tried driving with windows open. Also quite often the aids won’t connect either the app, I have to use the app or my hearing aids are useless. Deaf discrimination is still rife out there, even medical professionals who should know better just shout at me, so everyone around me hears but I still can’t. Also going into some buildings my hearing aids cut out completely.

Great hearing aids
Takes a few weeks to used to the hearing aids but the app really helps start at a lower volume the gradually build up to set level. Listening to birds again is amazing
Keeps disconnecting
It’s a good idea but I’m constantly having to delete the app & reinstall it as my left hearing aid keeps disconnecting & it’s not my signal or Bluetooth connection & my hearing aid is working but the app just won’t find that one! Annoying!

I have sent two messages over the last year to the developers regarding an intermittent fault ( no connection to one aid which is resolved with a re-start of my iPhone).
No response so I can only assume BeMore are not set up with technical support.

Need some more volume in some areas
Problems taking calls
I have endless problems taking phone calls when wearing my hearing aids. I cannot get any sound and even when I remove them, it still occurs. I think it is something to do with Bluetooth but it is very inconvenient.
