Frustrating
The main thing I used the app for was for media/surroundings adjustments so I can actually hear podcasts over chatter on public transport and this seems to be a function that’s been removed or hidden in the depths of the not very intuitive app. Where is used to be clear and obvious on the first page.

Hearing Aids only
So Bluetooth headsets don’t count as “Hearing Aid” devices? Waste of time, sorry

Iphone not pairing
After the last iPhone update my hearing aids repeatedly lose their pairing with the app. I have to try to reconnect several tines before it works. I have used the app for almost three years now. Each time there is an OS update I have to reinstall. It has never taken so many times to get it to work. The update worked for about a week and is not connecting now.

What have you done?
I have always used this app. Although not great it worked, but not any more. My hearing aids have been back to the manufacturers twice and they are back with them again. One ear piece continually cuts off and goes back on again. I have been loaned another hearing aid while they look into my problem and this is doing exactly the same thing. There is no other explanation aside from you ruining this app which no longer works properly.
Please sort this out as hearing switching off and on is extremely disorientating.
