Default setting

I like the app except for one thing. I like to have the tinnitus setting on and adjust the volume to suit me. I have to go through this each time I put my hearing aids in. A default button would be great to save this initial setup rather than going through this setup each time.

Funktioniert nicht immer. Ohne App Hörgeräte nicht gut zu nutzen

Verbesserung dringend erforderlich.

Not Helpful

The connection between different apps ist great. The sound can be bad so low you can’t hear things at times. The app isn’t user friendly and it is really difficult to subtlety change setting while conversing putting up the volume. The help function isn’t set up for my device and I looked at it and was baffled didn’t know where to start. Given this is usually for old people zero out of 10. The syncing is not as simple as it could be.

Designed for novices to app use

Very very basic, doesn’t offer a nuanced experience & it’s almost embarrassing to open it in public

Glitchy connection problems

The app is fine but streaming via tv can be glitchy. The app drops signal with the aids which means you cannot always control volume levels. For the money I paid for the aids privately. I’m quite annoyed they don’t have a dedicated application. When connected is fine but loses connection easily

Response from developer

Hi there, Thankyou for getting in touch. Quality of connectivity depends on a number of factors noting that if you aids are Bluetooth enabled they actually connect via the low powered variant of Apples MFI. Could you please drop us a line at techteam.uk@signia-hearing.com with the details of the model of aids you have, if they are Bluetooth or Wireless aids, and model of iPhone and we can go through things with you, checking the circumstances, and improving connectivity as well as discussing alternate ways forward. Many thanks.. Very best regards, Signia UK Tech Team
