Nearly excellent
App easy to use but alas has been losing connectivity with my specsavers hearing aids more and more regularly. The accuracy of the battery reader could be better. Never seems to drop below 80%.
It’s fine, I guess
Controls my hearing aids. Does it well without crashing. Haven’t had any problems with it. What else could you ask for? Would be great if I could install on my Apple Watch.
Doesn’t remember settings
A little painful that adjustments you make to volume and balance are reset each time you change programmes rather than rememebered!

A necessary nuisance
When the app is updated on Apple, it only updates on the phone if the audiologist deletes the app and then re-pairs it using his laptop. Inflexible, user unfriendly, if I didn't need it I wouldn't choose to use it.
Completely hopeless with my hearing aids
Often won’t change mode or change volume.
Volume controls
I’m always going to adjust my volume on the left aid as I have this one on 10 and the right on 8. But after half an hour or so I find the left aid has equalised with the right aid on 8 and I can’t think why, any ideas?
Volume Adjustment
It would be useful if the volume adjustment could be made individually against each hearing aid rather than a single adjustment against a pair.
Pretty useless
The volume button does not increase or decrease the volume. Bluetooth does not work now . It is useless. It does not do what it is supposed to do. Would not recommend it at all! :(

I have had this app for a couple of years, I continually have issues hearing conversation. My audiologist has changed the settings numerous times but they are still not suitable. I would like to have more control with an equaliser on this app.
