Useless

Can’t do a thing with the app because the smart connect is useless. I am now on my second one and the battery life has degraded to only two hours and I can’t get the battery replaced.

Loosing connection

After awhile the sound goes in and out.
And sounds like the sound is coming out of a big pipe “hollow”

Useless

This is a hopeless app. My hearing aids were much better before this awful Bluetooth ‘upgrade’. Hope to get rid of these soon and go back to my old system!

Too many issues

Squeals too much when using app,
switches modes unnecessarily on its own, quits working too frequently and have to delete and reinstall to work.
Etc, etc, etc. Very nice when it works right.
