Zero software updates
The software hasn’t been updated in like 2 years blue tooth is trash with iPhone 17 pro half the time it doesn’t connect on its own and taking phone calls is difficult for others to hear me unless I’m in a dead silent environment and the phone has to stay in my hand or it just doesn’t work on calls if I’m listening to something I get 10 feet of connection before they disconnect for the 7k I paid 3 years or so ago I expect a better service and attention to regular updates on the app and the software for the hearing aids them selfs if no improvements are made these will be my last pair of Signia brand hearing aids I’ll ever own I’m sure I speak for others when I say we don’t have time for this we pay a lot for your hearing aids we expect you to provide app and software support and maintenance on a regular basis do better of lose a repeat customer your choice

Streaming and Turn off
Only hearing phone call voice in one ear and no idea how to turn off left side off without putting them in the charging.
Terrible Controll Lately
I’ve had my hearing aids along with this app for two years now and the past several months the app is not responding to my requests.

Need to fix your problems
After the last update, it will not let me see my actual battery remaining power, it now only says that the battery level is an estimate based on how long that my hearing aids have been on! This is ridiculous! Fix your problem and stop playing with us!!!
