Horrible for conversation
Horrible sound. Sounds are muted and sounds like my head is in a bucket. $4,000 and four years later a complete waste of money. Only thing that they are good for is television, telephone and listening to apps on my phone. For normal conversations with people I’m better off not using them and letting people yell in my ear. These things suck.

Connection problematic
More than half the time I try to use this app it doesn’t work it doesn’t connect and so I have to turn off my Bluetooth and turn it back on. Sometimes it doesn’t even work. Been eight months since I’ve done an upgrade and they still have a problem and I don’t see them fixing it.
Not the best
The widex moment app offers suggestions for sound quality. Sadly the modifications made by me do not result in any improvements with respect to sound d quality. My Apple earbuds 3 provide better sound quality than the expensive hearing aids with an App
Perte des son Pure et Universel
Depuis quelques jours il n’y a plus de son pure et universel. Il faut déconnecter les prothèses pour ne plus avoir des perturbations. Quand une mise à jour ?
Connectivity Issues
Love the app, except, and it’s a massive except. In use, the app will randomly disconnect and go through my iPad. Turning off the phone and iPad does not reset it. The only way to return to my iPhone outside of hours of waiting, is to take off my hearing aids and putting them back in the charger and then putting them back in. Of course it happens again, and again, and again - several times in a day.
I deleted the app from iPad losing all my settings and data on my phone. This was a two day solution and the problem returned. The app is not on my iPad now.
This is unacceptable, but as far as I know, there are no other options.
