Perte des son Pure et Universel
Depuis quelques jours il n’y a plus de son pure et universel. Il faut déconnecter les prothèses pour ne plus avoir des perturbations. Quand une mise à jour ?

Love the app, except, and it’s a massive except. In use, the app will randomly disconnect and go through my iPad. Turning off the phone and iPad does not reset it. The only way to return to my iPhone outside of hours of waiting, is to take off my hearing aids and putting them back in the charger and then putting them back in. Of course it happens again, and again, and again - several times in a day.
I deleted the app from iPad losing all my settings and data on my phone. This was a two day solution and the problem returned. The app is not on my iPad now.
This is unacceptable, but as far as I know, there are no other options.

Almost great control but....
I appreciate the control the app provides allowing for fine tuning to match different environments. But I have one major complaint regarding media streaming.
When streaming media, the app defaults to "Speach Streaming" even if the streaming media is music. If, when streaming music, you switch to the app's "Music Streaming" setting, the sound toggles back and forth between the aids making listening to music impossible. I'd love to have this fixed as the sound quality of the Music Streaming setting is dramatically better. Surely this can be fixed with a new update...please. Without a fix, the aids are an inferior product. I paid extra for a quality hearing aid and am not currently getting my money's worth.

Unexpected Streaming Failure
I have had Widex Moment aids for six months and used the Moment app with great success. Yesterday the streaming feature failed. It starts streaming and plays for a fraction of a second, then quits, across all streaming inputs (apps). I have unpaired and repaired, shutting down the phone, and restarting the hearing aids. No recent phone updates. Using iPhone 17, iOS 26.5.2

Está cada dia pior pra conectar meu aparelho ao iPhone, e desconecta com mais facilidade tbm. Precisam melhorar isso já que no Android p desemprenho melhor, e pq há como melhorar
Streaming options
The streaming control option appears even after I close any app that has streaming audio. Then I have no way to access the regular controls. I need a way to get out of the streaming control without having to reboot the phone.
Please add automatic settings with favorite
It's a good app, but it would be great to add automatic settings via Bluetooth, with my favorite preset as the default instead of the standard one

BUT … too much wasted space. The controls are scattered among TOO MANY SCREENS.
When I need to make adjustments it’s usually when I’m in a crowd and I’m fiddling, fiddling FOREVER to access the controls I need. I’m not blind, I just can’t hear. I don’t need to see beautiful backgrounds, I need to have ALL the controls on ONE screen. Use vertical sliders or vertical scroll wheels. ALL ON ONE SCREEN!
And add some code to the app to ALLOW PRESETS for SOUND ASSIST!!! Inexcusable!

iPhone17での不具合
日本でのsound connectの販売を心待ちにしています。
iPhone17に変えてファームウェアを更新させられてから音楽を聴いてると音が4秒ごとに途切れるようになりました。
その後補聴器購入店にもお店でファームウェア更新が再度できないか相談したところ、既に更新されているものを上書きするのは出来ないことと、iPhone17でAppleの規格が更新されたことで起きている不具合のため、Apple側でのアップデート待ちになることを説明されました。そろそろ半年後の状態で生活の支障がすごいので早急な改善を願っています。

反応が鈍くなった
2026年4月にアプリをアップデートしたら、アプリを起動するのに時間がかかりストレスになった。元に戻して欲しい。
Not Reliable
I have used widex hearing aids for three years - paired to an iphone. The reliability was OK initially but no more. Repeated forgetting and reconnecting is frustrating and I am very unlikely to return to widex when the time come for a new pair.

Sur iPhone les prothèses se coupent en permanence avec les notifications, certaines appliques comme Vinted provoquent des horribles bop très forts des qu’on l’ouvre. Certains jeux que l’on fait parfois en regardant la TV, baisse le son que l’on entend des autres ou de la TV. Les sons dans la rue sont très forts et couvrent largement les conversations idem pour les bruits dans les restaurants qui s’entendent très forts, le filtrage n’est vraiment pas au point.

動画再生出来ない
WIDXの補聴器は今までとても満足しておりましたが、iPhone17にしてから動画の再生をするとBluetoothの接続がビッ！という耳を刺すような音とともにぶつ切りになるようになりました。とても不便です。2ヶ月ほど様子を見ていますが、補聴器がないと音声を聞き取れないほど耳が悪いので楽しみが減り残念です。
早期に改善していただきたいです。

The TV Play device no longer shows up as an option on the Moment app. Is the device still functional with this app?
App lack of control
App takes over and puts me to streaming music or voice incorrectly and I can’t return the app to standard setting even deleting from iphone17 and reinstalling, which used to work on android. Also WiFi signal consistency is terrible even following reset procedures in the faq

AndroidからiPhone17ProMaxに替えたのに、全然途中でバグってしまう。なのでこのアプリ削除しました。補聴器返品したいぐらいです。

It very good app it help me with my hearing aids it great help when there lot of noise round and when listen to music it helps too
