Connectivity Issues
Love the app, except, and it’s a massive except. In use, the app will randomly disconnect and go through my iPad. Turning off the phone and iPad does not reset it. The only way to return to my iPhone outside of hours of waiting, is to take off my hearing aids and putting them back in the charger and then putting them back in. Of course it happens again, and again, and again - several times in a day.
I deleted the app from iPad losing all my settings and data on my phone. This was a two day solution and the problem returned. The app is not on my iPad now.
This is unacceptable, but as far as I know, there are no other options.

Almost great control but....
I appreciate the control the app provides allowing for fine tuning to match different environments. But I have one major complaint regarding media streaming.
When streaming media, the app defaults to "Speach Streaming" even if the streaming media is music. If, when streaming music, you switch to the app's "Music Streaming" setting, the sound toggles back and forth between the aids making listening to music impossible. I'd love to have this fixed as the sound quality of the Music Streaming setting is dramatically better. Surely this can be fixed with a new update...please. Without a fix, the aids are an inferior product. I paid extra for a quality hearing aid and am not currently getting my money's worth.

Unexpected Streaming Failure
I have had Widex Moment aids for six months and used the Moment app with great success. Yesterday the streaming feature failed. It starts streaming and plays for a fraction of a second, then quits, across all streaming inputs (apps). I have unpaired and repaired, shutting down the phone, and restarting the hearing aids. No recent phone updates. Using iPhone 17, iOS 26.5.2

Streaming options
The streaming control option appears even after I close any app that has streaming audio. Then I have no way to access the regular controls. I need a way to get out of the streaming control without having to reboot the phone.

BUT … too much wasted space. The controls are scattered among TOO MANY SCREENS.
When I need to make adjustments it’s usually when I’m in a crowd and I’m fiddling, fiddling FOREVER to access the controls I need. I’m not blind, I just can’t hear. I don’t need to see beautiful backgrounds, I need to have ALL the controls on ONE screen. Use vertical sliders or vertical scroll wheels. ALL ON ONE SCREEN!
And add some code to the app to ALLOW PRESETS for SOUND ASSIST!!! Inexcusable!

Beaucoup de coupures
Sur iPhone les prothèses se coupent en permanence avec les notifications, certaines appliques comme Vinted provoquent des horribles bop très forts des qu’on l’ouvre. Certains jeux que l’on fait parfois en regardant la TV, baisse le son que l’on entend des autres ou de la TV. Les sons dans la rue sont très forts et couvrent largement les conversations idem pour les bruits dans les restaurants qui s’entendent très forts, le filtrage n’est vraiment pas au point.

Widex TV Play
The TV Play device no longer shows up as an option on the Moment app. Is the device still functional with this app?
App lack of control
App takes over and puts me to streaming music or voice incorrectly and I can’t return the app to standard setting even deleting from iphone17 and reinstalling, which used to work on android. Also WiFi signal consistency is terrible even following reset procedures in the faq
Works 30% of the time
After 4 years this app continues to work sporadically at best. I have to close the app, restart my phones and often that doesn’t help it connect. It usually co trolls only one aid. I will not be purchasing Widex for my next replacement aides.
Bluetooth awful
I get a loud static in my right ear, then a screech when making a phone call; meanwhile, can’t hear the haptics in my apps
Drops out all the time
I am constantly having to restart my iPhone every time I use a darn things.
Apple Watch volume control issue
Current version of Widex Moment app on Apple Watch doesn’t enable volume control after changing profile.

App takes a long time to open / connect everytime I need to adjust the volume or change programs . Same issue applies to the app in the Apple Watch .
Reorder Widex Programs
I love your MOMENT Widex iPhone app. The only enhancement that I would love is to provide a way to reorder the programs. I have 8 programs three of them are for tinnitus relaxation. I would love to move them just after the UNIVERSAL program. Is this possible to provide a way within the MOMENT app to reorder the WIDEX programs without having to see an audiologist?

App disappeared from my Apple Watch
Had to reinstall the app on my watch after the upgrade. No longer appears under Moment. Instead the Widex icon appears under an app listed as PA. Makes it difficult to find quickly when I want to adjust my hearing aids using my watch.

Moment icon disappeared from my watch. Some different Widex PA showed up. No hearings said connected error. I know you need the phone, but having the ability to use watch was helpful. This is my second pair of Widex hearing aids. After all this time, just would expect improvements not errors.
Latest firmware update
Since the recent firmware update my hearing aids turn on and off randomly for no apparent reason. Very annoying.
A more recent firmware update to correct the above problem has only been partially successful. The hearing aids still reboot randomly, but less often. Hoping Widex issue a new update to fix this annoying flaw.

Lost all of my custom programs
I had an update to my iPhone and have listened to all of my custom programs that I need as a musician. This is very frustrating and will require a trip to my audiologist to get them back. All I have are streaming features that are worthless to me. I’m singing a program in a half hour, so this is a very unpleasant surprise.
